Good product easy install

This is a great product. I bought this duo reel washing line in 2019 and installed it in my garden. It's 2026 and it's still there, we're still using this double washing line (especially now when it's warmer), and we have it strung across the garden basically all the time. If I were to buy one again, it would be this one.

We decided to buy this retractable washing line as a space-saving alternative to a traditional outdoor line, mainly for a smaller garden. First impressions & build quality It feels sturdy and well made, with a solid casing that doesn’t feel flimsy. The dual line setup is a useful feature, giving extra drying space when needed. Ease of installation Installation is fairly straightforward, but it’s important to mount it securely to get the best results. Once fixed properly, it feels stable during use. Line length & tension The 15m lines provide plenty of drying space. The tension is good when pulled tight, although like most retractable lines, it can sag slightly if overloaded. Ease of use The retractable design works well and keeps everything tidy when not in use. Locking the line in place is simple once you get used to it. What could be better Can sag if too much weight is added Installation needs to be done properly for stability Not as strong as permanent fixed lines Who this is for / who it isn’t for Good for: • Smaller gardens or patios • Space-saving setups • Occasional or moderate use Not ideal for: • Heavy loads of washing • Those wanting a permanent, heavy-duty line Conclusion A practical and space-saving washing line that works well for everyday use, provided it’s installed correctly. It’s not designed for heavy loads, but for convenience and flexibility it does the job well.

I bought this five years ago, and it is still working perfectly! Never had an issue with it. The retractable feature means I never have to worry about the line being dirty. And it was very easy to install.

The old ones failed after about 3 years due to the tension blocks becoming brittle and failing, rendering the lines useless. This latest version has new, separate and slightly softer ones which should last ages. The rest of the system remains largely the same, which is good as apart from the failure issue, it is a really good set of lines. I highly recommend

Was looking for a replacement for my washing line and this fit the bill completely. I like that it’s a duo reel so when in times you do more than one wash load you have the room to accommodate it. I like it’s is wall mounted and can be taken down easily and put away throughout the winter months. It comes with all the attachments as well.

Great idea but flawed design, this has happened again (see picture). The weak plastic cleats have broken far faster than last time, 2 years instead of 5 like the last. Cleats should be metal!

I'm really happy with this Minky washing line. We actually used one previously but got rid of it after a house move a few weeks go. But we have just renovated the garden and wanted something that took a good capacity but at the same tie was not an imposing whirly line. This is simple to mount and retracts with ease. A good slimline and compact option.

Excellent and I got it at a very good price point then. Sturdy and very well made, will last for years.

I bought this clothesline last summer and I wanted to wait a bit before giving it a rating. This product has become an integral part of my summer routine, and though it is winter I wanted to share my positive review. This clothesline is wonderful. It allows me to maximize my outdoor space efficiently. It has two screws that you can easily put up against a fence or deck and the lines easily extend and retract to put away when you are not using them. It also comes with clothespins to keep your clothes on the line. I love its sturdy construction. I can easily hang two lines of clothes without worrying about it bending or breaking. The durability of the line gives me peace of mind, knowing that it can handle the weight of multiple items including my heavy down comforters without any compromise in quality. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the nostalgic touch it adds to my daily life. Hanging clothes on the line reminds me of the simpler times when my grandma used to do the same. The memories of playing hide and seek among the hanging sheets blowing in the breeze, come flooding back, adding a charming and sentimental element to the everyday chore. I had bought a cheaper brand of clothes line but when I put the clothes on the line broke very quickly. This line holds in place very well. During the spring and summer months, I thoroughly enjoy having my clothes out on the line It's a reliable, well-made product that not only serves its purpose but also brings a touch of nostalgia and joy to my home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and efficient outdoor clothesline.
