Oshima Tsubaki Oil 60ml

This arrived beautifully packaged! It was such a treat to open, thank you - a little gift of some green tea and japanese sweets included and the oil itself boxed , all individually wrapped in tissue and so nicely presented. The bottle itself is very pretty and the oil is just what I wanted. I have read that this oil is amazing for hair and skin so was keen to try it and this seems to be a good, authentic brand - as it's important to get the right sort of camelia oil, which this is. I don't know yet what the results will be over time for my skin but I can say that it is a pleasure to use (you only need a tiny bit) and it does have an immediate effect on hair smoothing (I have very dry frizzy hair and this does help give it shine) Also as an anti ageing treatment this really is an amazng price. I use oils a lot and I'm very very pleased so far with this purchase :)

The package was sent with consideration for the customer with a thank you gift. Tha product itself works very well. I use it for my hair before I blow-dry it. My hair has fewer flyaways and sits well. My hair is shiny and soft! I tried various oils in shampoo and such, but no other oil has given the same effect as camellia oil. I tried using it on my face and even after washing, my face is not dry and in need of moisture immediately after cleansing. A little goes a long way as well. I use one drop in my hair and one drop on my face. It may seem like a small amount, but I think the bottle will last quite a long time as this rate.

First off i had an issue with my delivery and the seller sent another out free of charge which was very much appreciated Just tried the oil on my hair and i must say it lives up to the hype, it has made my frizzy brittle hair snooth and shiny. Recommended!

This oil is as original as can be and arrives from Japan quickly. Both my wife and I use it on our hair every now and then and I find it good for a freshly shaved skin. Apart from that, it is excellent for looking after your prized straight edge razor too with just a drop needed. A nice touch with green tea and a sweet as a gift added. I bought an additional two I was so happy with the original purchase.

I first bought this about 1.5 years ago and purchase it regularly… my split ends are non existent and hair texture soft and shiny…. Delivery was within 2 weeks, which is better than it was, but it comes from Japan so expected, I suppose. Only downside… wish bottles available were bigger than 60ml

This Oil is fantastic. I use it mostly on my legs as the skin tends to go very dry if I am not careful. My legs look tons better now. Will recommend it to all my friends.

The oil is extremely sticky and doesn't spread easily, so even if used sparingly you'll end up with a few sticky, clumped-up strands while the rest of your hair doesn't get coated at all. Not a nice-looking effect. When used on the face, despite the manual saying you could do that, it clogged my pores. It does moisturise well enough so I use it on dry patches on my body like my knees and elbows, and as a hair mask (needs to be rinsed off with a clarifying shampoo)

Amazing hair oil - makes my hair super soft, and you only need one drop after styling your hair to give it shine, elasticity and softness. It may be too heavy for fine hair textures. For context I have medium thickness strands but thin density hair and it’s borderline heavy for me especially if I use more than a drop. The reason I like to use this oil is due to its high penetrability when compared with other oils. I plan on mixing it with a lighter oil like squalane oil so I can reap the benefits without weighting my hair down.

a few drops are enough to coat my entire head and my hair looks less frizzy and definitely no greasy. Can also be used for moisturizing skin.

Have used it before so no surprise - excellent product! It was packed superbly, with some little sweets added and a hand-written thank you note from the seller - soooo cute! Already for that reason will purchase again from the same seller.
