It's the season of the stomach bug and with a four year old at preschool we see plenty of bugs! This is one of the few hand sanitiser that is actually effective against norovirus (many of the alcohol based products aren't). This is a big dispenser with hundreds of applications within. Unlike other hand sanitisers this does not irritate or sting the eczema on my hands, in fact it's beautifully softening. The children love that it comes out as a foam and it rubs in and dries pretty quickly, with it's germ killing action taking under 30 seconds. I keep it in the front of my car to clean my child's hands when she comes out of nursery or soft play or the shops and then when one of the children are ill it comes into the house so we can step up our hand cleaning and reduce the spread of bugs to other family members. It works a treat! We're definitely seeing less of a spread of bugs among family members when we use this in addition to frequent hand washing. Excellent product and actually very good value for money.

I wasn't sure about this as it gets mixed reviews - but it was one of the cheapest branded foaming hand sanitisers on Amazon, so worth a try. Firstly, I've got a very keen sense to smell and although this sanitiser isn't scented, there is no nasty or 'odd' smell that I've noticed that other reviewer have mentioned. That said, I've also kept the original packaging and have not decanted it into other dispensers like some. It absorbs/evaporates quickly (a few seconds) with a rub and then leaves you hands soft. My hands tend to get rather dry/sore from soaps and especially sanitisers which are often harsh - this has *really* surprised me. There's loads that claim to the moisturising, but quite often my hands are still sore/dry. This one works great. The pump head unlocks with a slight twist, pops up and you can then press it down to expel a small amount of foam. The only small niggle is that the head of the dispenser doesn't line up with the front of the bottom - so it's not "square on". Doesn't affect its function but winds up the small OCD part of me for some reason.

Delivery great, bottle size great. Liquid turns to foam on application and evaporates rapidly. Cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product but it is NHS Approved hospital grade and that will do me. It is expensive but I have no complaints and would recommend it as a sanitizer.

Great hand sanitiser for those of us with sensitive hands, cuts or eczema. Unlike alcohol gel based sanitisers this does not cause any irritation or stinging when used. The foam is aerated when dispensed and rubs in very quickly with no smell or discomfort. Bought in the large size to decant into the smaller pumps for travel. This is now a household essential item when needed to sanitise our hands for sterilising feed bottles / expressing / feeding parts. More expensive than alcohol gel but nothing else like it on the market for eczema sufferers, good that you can get it on Subscribe & Save and save 15% (with 5 items)

I have used this product for the last year as it seemed to be better than standard alcohol hand gel. I have just ordered replacements as mine were running low. I notice from the new packaging it has taken off claims of how effective it is, so this is a concern to me. Also I didnt read the size, so this is a big bottle, not quite the handbag size I was looking to replace!

no es pringoso ni tiene olor, se abdorve bien y no deja las manos resecas como los hidroalcoolicos. A mi niña genial, xq sus manos estsban con dermatites por el uso en el cole de hidrogel a base de alcool. Ahora tiene el dorso de las manos muy bien, estoy muy contenta

Si realmente es bactericida, sin duda es un producto excelente. Se seca con facilidad y no deja residuo perceptible en las manos. Tampoco las irrita ni las reseca.

Si me ha gustado, llegó en el tiempo previsto y no he puesto las 5 estrellas, porque vino un poco abierto y se había salido líquido en el interior del embalaje, ( nada importante ) pero el producto es bueno. Lo compré porque es el que hay en el trabajo, con dosificador de pared y aunque este es manual, el resultado es el mismo. Muy recomendable.
