Have ordered three. None do this? Have three older ones on my boat that work fine when I test them. They are the exact same switch. Will send this one back also and not order anymore. New and improved junk ? If you cannot check to be just a breaker switch is working properly then is a hazard. If it is not working properly then what is the purpose of installing it to “protect” your expensive electronics?

I’m sorry but you should be able to test the trip system by pushing the button down which should trip it. Have ordered three. None do this? Have three older ones on my boat that work fine when I test them. They are the exact same switch. Will send this one back also and not order anymore. New and improved junk ? Excellent Circuit Breaker Switch
Perfect replacement for my 32 year old one! Works as it should and seems to be of the same quality as they were in 1986.
