How thick are the pan wall and base. Also, why is item described as '3-piece'

This a really good quality pan with better then average thickness! I have just purchased a second because after a year of use, the first it is still immaculate. The glass lid has vents in the deep lip so makes straining contents easy. It is not 3 piece, just the pan and lid but I would recommend without hesitation.

what is the capacity of this pan please?

Sorry I had the Thomas 1404908 Cook & Pour Stir Fry Pan with Glass Lid, 28 cm

Which grade of stainless steel it is?

The pan is made from grade 18/10 stainless steel. Many thanks

Hi, if you turn the lid so the holes arent beneath the spout, is the lid pretty much air tight? Will need a near air tight lid when cooking rice eg.

I keep getting asked questions about an item that I didn't buy. What I bought was Thomas porcelain dishes so I have no idea about this question.
