Be careful how long you leave it on for, but very good product.
OK so..... The shampoo is very pigmented, I tried it on its own and my hair went a blue/green colour. I mix it now with a normal shampoo and the results are great. It lasts me absolutely ages because of the mixing. It's the best one I have used. If you are using it on its own, just be careful how long you leave it on for. It's an amazing product when you know what works best for your hair.

Great for Toning, But Use Gloves!
I've been using Fanola No Yellow Purple Shampoo for a few weeks now, and the results are impressive. It does a fantastic job of neutralizing yellow and brassy tones in my blonde hair, leaving it looking much cooler and brighter after just one wash. The pigment is strong, which is exactly what you want in a purple shampoo. That said, be careful when applying—it can stain your hands and nails. The first time I used it, I didn’t wear gloves and ended up with purple-tinted fingers for the rest of the day. If you want to avoid that, I highly recommend wearing gloves during application. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, and it doesn't leave my hair feeling overly dry like some other toning shampoos can. Overall, a great product if you're looking to keep your blonde looking fresh between salon visits—just don't forget the gloves!

Does the job well
Lasts forever, very pigmented, so mix with a bit of normal shampoo if youre nervous or if your hair is a little dry/damaged as it will grab on those parts. I use with a moisturising shampoo as this is a little drying on the hair.

Tried loads of other purple shampoos - always come back to this one!
One of these bottles last me for ages the bottle is huge and I don't need a lot for each wash even though I do have a lot of hair. It's very highly pigmented and comes out the bottle very purple. It really does work, I keep trying other brands but always come back to this one. It does seem to make my hair a little bit dry but hey that's what conditioners for and this really does tone my hair beautifully between treatments. It's got a slightly Middle Eastern smell, I think, a bit like frankincense or something I can't quite put my finger on it. Anyway it really helps to remove brassy tones which is the main aim so I keep going back to it

Good, but a little problem…not the product
I have just bleached my hair from box black which I’ve used for years so a lot of build up. I have short hair. It bleached up good after three box bleaches, however, the roots were white blonde with peach coloured tips about an inch half so I thinned them out as much as I possibly dare but still not enough to get rid of it, I couldn’t cut anymore out with looking like it had been shaved. I was really scared this product would make the white blonde purple but took a chance. It toned down the peach very well but the white blonde came out lilac, not a good look. So I washed it a few times straight off the bat and it’s got rid of most of the purple which I’m sure will fade after a few more shampoos. This is a good product but please know if you have any white blonde it will make it lilac. I can’t use this on a regular basis , not on white blonde, it’s a massive bottle to need it maybe a couple of times. I hope this is helpful to anyone who has the same problem when bleaching their hair.

The best. Just go get yourself one.
Well this is definitely a must have for blonde hair. Amazing. I can’t understand the bad comments, which could put some people off from purchasing. It works, 100%, without question. Maybe some people don’t know how to use it, but that’s not an excuse for a bad review. (When you use this product for so long and then read some of those comments, they’re actually amusing, as they just can’t be true.) If you have blonde hair/highlights/balayage it is the best at neutralising those orangey tones. Check all those before and after pictures, check their Instagram account! I don’t think it works on darker hair, that’s why they have a different shampoo for that. Having said that, I have dark roots and when I use it, it works on all my hair, not only the blonde bits. I have been using it for a few years. There are different ways to apply it. Usually, when I’m in the shower, I shampoo my hair once, rinse it, then apply a generous amount of Fanola (double the quantity of my regular shampoo). I massage it well, until it creates that foam and it becomes a lighter shade of purple. I bring all my hair up, like in a bun, and try to gather all the excess foam on the ‘bun’, as this holds the lighter ends of my hair. I leave it 5-10 mins, while I wash my body, then rinse it well (specially the scalp!), then condition as usual. I do this once a week maybe. Or, for more intense results, I apply it and get out of the shower, leaving it longer, maybe 20 mins. Then rinse and condition as usual. Works without fail. The results are amazing, colour doesn’t turn you hair into purple or blue (that means your hair is really damaged due to bleach, or you just haven’t followed the process right!!). Not to mention the smell, softness and the nice feel it gives to your hair! Feels like you’ve been to the hairdressers, honestly. It has been recommended to me by a hairdresser, I have recommended it to other people and would never buy another brand. I’m quite sure this is the best you can get. I have the 1L bottle, and lasts forever. I have to mention my hair is not in great condition either, but this product makes me forget about any split ends, thinning or hair loss. You will NOT regret buying this.

Works but smells terrible
I works great, really lightens highlighted hair. But it smells like urinal cakes. Yep, the nasty ones in public bathrooms, and the smell of conditioner does not cover it.

• Mechas o balayage. • Cabellos grises o blancos que tienden a amarillear. ¿Funciona?
