Delicious as pancakes! With great nutrition values
I was drawn to this product after looking at the nutrition values (and that it's organic!). Such high amount of protein and low carb! Usually other soya flours have a much higher carb content: about 25-30% but this is only 3% carbohydrates. I recently used this to make extremely-healthy savoury pancakes: 60% this soya flour, 30% coconut flour & 10% almond flour. a tablespoon of full-fat yogurt, a large egg, a dash of milk and paprika.... Let me tell you! This tasted just like a super-tasty normal savoury pancake. There wasn't even a faint taste of soya!!! I can imagine this being perfect for baking or even mixing in protein shakes, will use it just for that! Looking up recipes!! I'm very satisfied and will definitely repurchase in the future! Amazon...Please keep restocking the 500g and 1kg! :)

Neither sweet, nor nutty
I bought this product after trying some kong garu Korean snacks and kinako Japanese snacks. I was hoping to find the same sweet nutty flavours and velvety textures but unfortunately this product is bland. It closer to a protein supplement thank to kinako.

Mild Toasted Soya flavour
It's very mild taste, sometimes it be might be different taste when you mix or cook with other foods that causes the flavour. Overall, it's just fine.
