Gut health is important!
I’ve been using Hellenia’s Psyllium Husk Powder for a while now, and it’s been great for my digestion. I just mix it with water or juice, and it’s easy to take. It’s really helped with regularity and just feeling less bloated overall. Plus, it’s a simple way to get more fiber without changing my whole diet. Good quality and decent price—definitely worth it if you want to keep your gut happy.

Psyllium Husk
It works but it takes a few days and A LOT of water. I'd have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for that horrible smell/taste that it has. It's a bit better when you mix it with juice but it still takes a strong character to drink it!

Works as expected.
Take a couple of teaspoons of this before bed, with LOTS of water. Excellent for a satisfying release of otters into the wild.

It needs few days to kick in but with right amount of water intake it really works!!! I will definitely buy more.

well..
It does what it says however i wanted to use it to thicken sauces and making puddings for that it has too strong taste BUT it makes my bowel move so it works for its purpose
