Took only a few minutes to install. Seems sturdy and well made. Universal fit for most systems but I had to cut it down a little bit off the end. Slotted on fine and good to go. Working fine now. Next day delivery was a bonus 🤗

So it's a cistern flush lever, it costs very little and it works just fine....there isn't really much more you can say about such an item!All in all...cheap, delivered fast and does the job!

Works well. Its larger than the stock one that came with the toilet so check for that. But it’s sturdy and fit with a bit of wrangling.

I bought this to repair my parents very old ideal standard toilet. It was too long and wouldn't fit properly, but I just had to cut a little bit off the end and it was ok. It certainly worked a lot better than the temporary fix I made with an old wire coat hanger!

I'm not entirely sure how this component broke in our toilet. Too vigorous flushing by a grandparent perhaps? Anyway, it did break and hence I purchased this item as a replacement.It was easy enough to fit, and the multiple holes meant I could choose which one worked best in our cistern. The only issue I had was the screw to tighten this component onto the handle spindle was difficult to tighten - the plastic hole for it is too narrow. Rather than risk splitting the plastic I used a drill to widen that hole a little and then the screw went it perfectly, and I was able to tighten it for a nice secure fit.
