Product was received with faulty batteries after changing the battery started working for 2 weeks now stopped working no alarm ..No Details about how to claim the warranty

Useless sensor
The sensor behaviour is inconsistent and not reliable. Total waste of money. Oi don’t recommend using this for water level detection.
