These are brilliant. I used to have real high arches. Now they've crumbled, I've now got problems with my knees and all kinds of pain. These have helped ease it all. Brilliant support. My legs walk straight again.

Can now wear smart shoes 24/7. Very comfortable and so good I don't even notice my footware. Subsequently brought and other set for other shoes

I have bunions and these relieved all the pain (well, along with wearing shoes with a big enough toe box). The 'high volume' description made me worry about how well these would fit into my shoes but so far, so good. If you take out the flimsy existing insoles, they fit perfectly into Dr Martens boots, leather Chelsea boots, trail running shoes, trainers, walking boots, wellies etc. The only shoes they don't seem to fit into are Converse high tops. Only docked one star because they still seem pretty pricey for what they are!

I bought these insoles after they were recommended by my sports massage therapist, and I’m really glad I did. They’ve definitely helped ease the knee pain I was having, especially during and after long walks or runs. At first, they took a bit of getting used to, but once I adjusted, they made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. They’re really easy to move between different pairs of shoes, which is super convenient. I’ve also hand-washed them a few times to freshen them up, and they’ve held up perfectly with no issues. Overall, definitely worth the money a small change that’s made a big difference!

Was a bit sceptical buying these, but definitely worth it, as a manual worker, i'm on my feet all day, i seamed to have developed planter facia pain that was just getting worse and worse. These helped ease the pain and definitely supports my foot, whilst not a cure, they stoped the pain from getting worse, and after a few weeks using these inserts my foot has somewhat recovered considerably. Highly recommended.

I use the superfeet green insoles as I previously had plantar fasciitis and theses really helped. I have these insoles in all of my shoes and they are really supportive and comfy.

These are good insoles and do their job well. However they are basically just constructed with foam and plastic and therefore are very expensive for what you get. I would try cheaper insoles first which maybe just as good.

Worn daily these last me over a year. Nearly as good as the NHS orthopaedics I had custom made for my plantair fascitus.

I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

Love these inserts. Supports my arches. Corrects the way my foot rests in my shoe. Should fit most shoes. Always fit mine. Helps with my foot pain.

I've been using these for many years at the recommendation of a chiropractor who was treating me for chronic achilles heel pain that I'd had for over a year. Since using them, I never had pain again, I use them for all my shoes, including running, hiking, boating, regular walking, etc. They're very durable and last a very long time, longer then the shoes you put them in.
