Tried TA DVDs before and found them too fast and hard to understand. Decided to try this out and loved it. Tracy explains everything really well and you can really feel it working and it's good to know what exactly you are working and how to use your different muscles. Still got sweaty but no bouncing around which I'm now beginning to feel on my knees with other DVDs. I love this DVD and will definitely go to it again.

I was disappointed with this DVD
I was disappointed with this DVD, all set and ready but there was no mention that a chair and ankle and wrist weights were needed, I carried on regardless and did the moves without the weights, not a lot of direction and I was unsure if I was to do the first workout then move onto the other at a later date or was this just to keep me motivated, any it didn't and I haven't used it again.

Not for everyone.
I really like this dvd. It had good instruction and even though you are constantly pausing for her to explain things, you get in a good workout. There are a couple times in part 2 where I got a bit lost, but after a few times of doing the tape, I picked it up. I feel really good after these workouts and if you have no problem following a slightly unstructured workout, you will too.

Good dvd
Loved this as a beginner dvd. I have her more advanced dvds but am not as fit as I used to be so got this to get back into it. Some bits are quite basic but it’s a good intro to her standing legs which is quite difficult for me at advanced level

I would always recommend Tracey Anderson workouts as a method that gets results and has done for me over the years. Perfect for beginners. Short manageable workouts to get you started

This is a must DVD to have. Very good instructions all the way through. Tracy takes her time and explains every step. If you have any of Tracy's DVDs this DVD will defiantly help with the correct positions. I'm a lover of Tracy's DVDs and this is a must have.

Avoid this DVD unless you are a complete beginner to exercise.
I love exercise and enjoy a good, cardio workout. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape in terms of fitness! I have tried the Tracy Anderson Method DVD before but the more advanced level and as I'm not a dancer, I struggled to keep up with her moves! I was hoping this 'for beginners' DVD would be at a slower pace so I could keep up! However, if you are looking for a good cardio workout, buy any of Davina's DVD's instead of this one! Firstly, it claims to have x2 30 min sections but the first section is only 25 mins long and consists mainly of talking and instruction. My heart rate didn't rise above 80bpm for the full 25 mins! Tracy explains things pretty well but she uses dancer terms and phrases which aren't always familar. She also doesn't separate the warm up exercises (although the first 5 mins or so are all clearly to wam up in both sections). The second section is slilghly more challenging and is the full 30 mins as advertised but my heart rate still didn't get above 100 bpm! Lots of good toning exercises though.My biggest issues with this DVD are as follows:No cool down and stretch whatsoever which is dangerous (in my opinion).You need weights. Ankle weights, wrist weights and dumbells which is not suggested when you buy the DVD (fortuately I had some at home!)You need a chair for support for some of the exercises. Again, not mentioned until you switch the DVD on and see Tracy has a chair!Some of the moves and posture techniques are not explained until half way through the second section!I did like the there was a decent arm workout in the second section and I could tell that regular repetition of those exercises would help sculpt and tone. However, there is no cardio and no significant calorie/fat burning in the entire DVD.It would be better if there were a separate section for Tracy to explain the DVD to you before you start the actual workout to avoid wasting your precious workout time on listening to her explain (which would get boring after 3 or 4 viewings). I know I have been spoiled with Davina's DVD's as their format suits me (clearly!) but I was hoping for better from Tracy. I think I will go back to using her advanced 'Method' DVD as at least it gives me a decent cardio workout even if I can't dance!

Objet conforme et bons exercices pour débutants
Entraînements faciles pour les débutants et mouvements bien expliqués par Tracy. Il y a deux programmes de 30 minutes. Le premier est plus facile que le deuxième. Les entraînements nécessitent tout de même d’avoir avec soi quelques items de plus : une chaise avec dossier, deux poids libres de 3 lbs et des poids qu’on met sur les poignets et les chevilles (environ 2 lbs chacun).

Divertenti, efficaci , utili
Questo è il primo della serie. I dvd di TA sono tanti e spesso non si sa da dove cominciare per seguire il suo metodo di allenamento. Consiglio un link “tracyandersonitalia.wordpress” che spiega perfettamente In che ordine usare i dvd. Io li ho acquistati quasi tutti e sono al terzo, si inizia dal più semplice per proseguire ad un allenamento più difficile e duro, ma devo dire che anche se a prima vista sembrano difficili, con la costanza gli esercizi sono facili ed efficaci, anzi! Viene la voglia di andare sempre avanti per scoprire l’allenamento della settimana successiva.

イスと重りを用意しないと出来ないですが内容はとても良さそうです(^^)そんなにしんどそうで難しい感じの、動きはなかったです(^^)
