Glory Foods Greens Mixed Seasoned (Pack of 2)

As a youngster I did not love greens but over time as I learned more and more about nutrition and how greens are an amazing superfood, now they have become a major part of my diet. Although I prefer fresh vegetables, I stock up on items such as these canned greens for between-meal snacks or if I don't have the fresh ones on hand.To prepare, I add a half-teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, onion flakes and powder, and some red pepper, heat them up and enjoy the deliciousness.

The greens were great but i ordered kale and i got mixed and the cans were dented not the packaging the cans

I store these for when I cannot get fresh. This product is flavorful.
