I bought this for my boxer who has developed Cushings. This was recommended by pet groups for their dogs. I've only used it for 3 days but based on people's recommendations I'm expecting this to work well.

This has the same ingredients in the same strength as Denamarin and is so much cheaper! Also, if you quarter the "large dog" size it comes out to the same strength as the size for cats 😉

Like that in can given with or without food. Most you have to give an hour before meal and on fragile digestive systems I think I could upset even more

My dog has a horrible medical condition that should have killed her already. Long-term veterinary care and medications can ‘break the bank’. I switched over to this brand 8 months ago and the lab results are steady—same as with the CHEWY vet prescription brand so far. I can only tell you of my experience. When in doubt ask your Veterinarian.

These are a good price and we use with our large dog instead of Denamarin which can be more pricey.

We purchased this item for our 14 yr old cat. She was taking the VetriSCIENCE brand one in a pill pocket really well at first. Then it's like one day she decided to start spitting it back out after 30mins. The only reason I switched is because once she spit it up the orange coating was off. So I stumbled upon this brand and the ingredients aren't 100% similar but I decided to give it a try. I crush the tablet and sprinkle it on top of her wet food. She didn't like it at first but has adjusted to it now. She's active with a healthy coat and her bloodwork has come back with good numbers.

I purchased this supplement for the same reason we all did— a cheaper alternative. Well, this was NOT an alternative at all. In fact, it’s caused major side effects in my dog.She was on this product for almost a full month. Through the month I noticed her behavior change significantly & became extremely worried.Extremely lethargy + sleeping almost 24/7 towards the final week she was on it. Restlessness at night. No energy for walks, she seemed like a shell of her normal self- very distant. Soft stool, loss of appetite & difficulty walking after the 3rd week. I was trying to pinpoint how she could have so many issues occur so quickly.I realized they all began after starting these pills. I skipped her dose for ONE day, and BAM— she’s significantly improved by the next day. Perky, playful, sassy, AWAKE, less issues walking, she seems more comfortable.. and I suspect she will continue to go back to her normal self as I throw the remaining pills in the TRASH.BE CAREFUL. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone because it put my dog at more risk, & caused significant issues. Side effects are MAJOR.

I was looking for a product that was a little less expensive than its counterpart. This is the one. Great product. Have purchased several times since.
