I needed a no bounce waist belt to wear when running. I don’t like things jostling around as I run. I’ve run a marathon wearing this belt and I can attest that it is slim, breathable, provides a great elastic fit, and there is NO BOUNCE. It is comfortable to wear too. I’ve used it on day trips or hikes when I prefer to keep belongings out of my pockets. This belt holds things tightly in place and yet it is still easy to access. I can hold an iPhone, a key, snacks, etc around my waist with ease. The price is amazingly low too. I just bought a second one because I’d be sad to be without this belt whenever I go run.

This is very durable and comfortable.

It’s a great concept and somewhat works. If you were it once it curls and once you take it of it remains stretched.

Ordered this in an attempt to bribe myself into working out more. I didn't need to put a lot of things into it (keys, ID, mobile phone...?) The size is on point, but... it feels lacking. I would definitely NOT wear this during any sort of a strenuous workout (say, running, or step aerobics). It is okay (at best) for brisk walking. I have to constantly monitor my items so they don't fall out (nothing at the top to keep them from working their way out), and the fabric started to fray upon initial use. So, 6/10 would recommend (it's better than putting something in my waistband, but not as good as a fanny pack or better constructed item)

Ones is on my waist it helps with my back pain and keep my extra in place. Just wish inner layer would cover more. I think it should be extended 2-3” at the bottom and at the top, that way it stays in place instead of rolling in to a belt when sitting or bending.

I had no idea I would like this as much as I do. Money well spent! Very handy :)

Took it on my trip to Mexico and it held my cash and passport securely and in comfort.

So this is supposed to have 4 pockets. It doesn't. It's one giant pocket with 4 spots where they put a tiny stitch. It's not bad, but not what I was expecting. It does run small. I have a 27" waist and ordered the small. It feels like I'm wearing compression tights on my waist. While that might be ok for a short trail run, it's going to be too distracting on 10+ milers, which is when I really need extra pockets. Also I find that when I bend over and straighten back up, it shifts. So I feel like I'm going to spend a lot of time adjusting it if I'm doing any kind of rock scrambles on my route. I'll think about keeping or returning it.
