Works well, but does not hold a charge for long enough periods of time.
Our grand daughter loved the hat and used it all day when we gave it to her as a Christmas Gift. It works well, howver, does not hold a charge for very long. We wish it would hold a longer charge while in use. Not sure if that would be something the company could fix in future products like this? For instance, I have a bluetooth "collarbone" earbuds set that holds its charge for days and days and days, even when I use it every night for hours each time. This beanie cap only holds a charge for about 2 hours tops, and that is simply not long enough for a young person to be happy about. So...does it work well? Yes. Are we thrilled with it? No, because of the short time it holds a charge. I would probably give this item a 2.5 rating, but was unable to do that with the rating scale above.

Had a number of problems with the beanie that I initially received. But upon seeing that I was not happy with the product the receiver contacted me and I have to say that I give them an A+ for their customer service he has since replaced the beanie and I have to say that I was surprised by that new one it performs great especially for the price.

not the best sound control but it works ok.
The packaging says to keep hat dry and at room temperature???? It’s a winter hat so i’m a little confused but my husband wore it durning a snow storm and it worked good. i would say it’s eorth the price.

Really bad speakers
If you want to pay for a beanie that has really low quality volume then this is the beanie for you because the speakers in this thing suck and the majority of the people giving this thing an upvote or just people from China who are probably involved with his product
