Yes, The service kit is a complete plastic holder which contains the foam and carbon, so you can throw your existing away and just slot your bubble tube onto it. It also comes with a pad for cleaning the sides of your biOrb and a sachet of dechlorinator and filter start.

Does this come with the little black and white plastic bits that sit under the foam filter?

Yes it comes with the carbon black and ammonia remover white. It’s like Fluval Zeolite. I clean the sponge and replace with Fluval Zeolite then change with this service kit every 6 months, cheaper and works.
