Great camera, good price.
The Reolink 360 PTZ camera is an excellent choice for anyone seeking comprehensive security coverage without the need for multiple fixed cameras. Its standout feature is the full 360-degree pan, tilt, and zoom functionality, which allows you to remotely monitor every corner of a large area with a single device. The controls are responsive and intuitive, making it easy to track movement or focus on specific points of interest. The 6x hybrid zoom is particularly impressive. Unlike a simple digital zoom that degrades image quality, this camera maintains remarkable clarity as you zoom in on distant objects. This is perfect for capturing fine details like license plates or faces. Combined with crisp 4K resolution and advanced night vision, the camera provides sharp, reliable surveillance around the clock. Given its robust build and powerful feature set, the Reolink 360 PTZ offers fantastic value and is a top-tier solution for both home and business security.

Just one of the few great Chinese products!
Great surveillance camera, easy set up great quality so far, its looks like is made in America , but let me tell you more all surveillance camera in my houses are Reolink, the reason for that is that I never had a complain about them as long as you do a proper installation they are durable I mean the last for years and of course I strongly recommended them

Unbeatable for the value - NO FEES
So far, unbelievable for the price. The automatic tracking works much better than advertised, the motion tracking Works practically flawlessly (and much further than the advertised 100 ft from the camera). The best part about it, is there's no monthly or yearly fee. I get all of the features of the big name brands, without having to pay a monthly fee just to be able to save the videos. Motion tracking even captures and follows a hummingbird from time to time, but not often because they move so fast. I'm just impressed when it does capture them. It has its limitations, it would be nice if the large image was a wider angle, but I'm not going to complain because I still I'm picking my jaw up off the ground with the quality of the product. Connectivity, video quality, AI tracking, notifications, I'm so used to wyse that I am absolutely blown away at how crisp and clear the video is, especially at 25 frames per second versus the 15 of my previous camera. That makes the whole world of difference. I think my favorite feature is the presets. You can save specific locations, and zoom so you can quickly tap from spot to spot and the camera whips into position quickly, that way you don't have to mess around with the joystick trying to get it just right. My only gripe is the delay, but that is going to be present with any Wi-Fi cameras that aren't poe. So that isn't a limitation of this product, it's a limitation of using Wi-Fi only. I would recommend using PoE if you can, it will make a huge difference for the lag time between camera controls and the camera actually moving. I don't think I'll buy another brand of camera again after having one of these. And to think this is one of their entry models... I almost wish I went with the 16x Zoom model, but I couldn't really afford it. Five stars all around

Real testing from verified "paid" customer :)
Received the ReoLink TrackMix WiFi camera on 12/5/2023. Shipment was delayed one (1) day by USPS. However, it was packed excellently, and the auto set up was quick and easy. THE BAD: I could NOT get the two (2) screws out to remove the cover for inserting the microSD card. It was like someone used Loctite to insert the screws, and after several attempts using the right-size screwdriver, the screw-heads became stripped. I returned the camera and requested a replacement. Hopefully, my experience with the replacement will be good. Stay tuned for follow-up report. 12/10/2922 UPDATE: The ReoLink TrackMix WiFi camera replacement was received one day earlier than it's estimated delivery. It was delivered on Thursday December 8, 2022. Setup was quick and easy to connect to my WiFi. I have placed the camera inside my home to become more familiar with the mobile phone app and ensure all works as expected before installing it outside the home. One (1) requested enhancement I've sent to Reolink: Option to list the Playback videos from most recent to oldest. I am planning to order a second TrackMix WiFi camera after the holidays once this camera is further tested outdoors, and expecting it to pass testing :) 12/13/2022 UPDATE: The TrackMix WiFi camera was placed outside on a corner of my home on December 12, 2022. It's options and functionality are OK for the Admin Account on a newly released camera. The Admin User has lots of options to customize its features. However, the General Users functionality are missing some MUST HAVE features. As of today, General Users do NOT have Two-Way Talk, and cannot use PTZ to survey the viewing area. For me, these are MUST HAVE features, and I would NOT recommend purchasing this camera until these two (2) features are added unless you plan to give all users admin privilege. I do NOT want to give everyone Admin privileges for obvious reasons ☹ 12/17/2022 UPDATE: I witnessed a Major Bug in TrackMix WiFi camera. False Alarms sent as People while raining at night renders the camera Notifications useless and defeats its Security purpose. I had to stop all notifications from the camera because of continuous False Alarms while raining during the night. 12/20/2022 UPDATE: Please know the Reolink TrackMix WiFi camera has great potential to become The Premier Camera in this price range. Their support staff have been quick to answer emails with customer centric skill. I believe this camera, with Firmware v3.0.0.1123_22071301, was NOT ready to be released before Black Friday. However, the marketing team won the argument over the engineering team (again). Today I received a message from Reolink Support with their latest Firmware instructions and compressed Firmware pak. The “Auto Update” function in the Android app has NOT been implemented. I will install the updated Firmware after Christmas and report the results from testing. UPDATE: 12/30/2022: All is Well after swapping emails with Reolink Support, and applying their Configuration recommendations, and latest Firmware update. So far, the TrackMix WiFi camera has been working flawlessly. Please know that many of my tests and configuration changes occurred while away from home, and out of State. I was so impressed with this camera and its potential that I’ve ordered and received my 2nd TrackMix WiFi camera and it’s going through testing now. Folks, this camera has so much possibility. It’s only been available since November 2022, and with further refinements and Firmware updates it should be on everyone’s list for PTZ cameras. Attached is a 1:36 minute video of USPS delivering my 2nd TrackMix WiFi camera. Before the driver pulls off, I requested all future deliveries be placed under the front porch out of the weather. You can see that the driver placed the package where rain flows out of the gutter downspout. The fact that I’ve purchased the 2nd camera sez it all 😊

******UPDATE******
UPDATE----After working well and being my new favorite, I was sent a software update. After the update I could no longer download large files consistently as the program would just close. I have just recently discovered it effected the tracking as well. After months of trying to work with REOlink support I was given the same instructions over and over by different people. I kept getting transferred to a "more knowledgeable" tech via email. 18 emails later and they are still asking the questions then taking days to answer after I reply with "I've already tried all that". Each solution given was tried in earlier emails with others. I tried calling their corporate office and after asking me all the same questions and giving me all the same solutions I was told someone would email me back, which never happened. If you don't email them back within 3-4 days they close it saying they have not heard from you in a while please contact them if you have problems again which starts the email chain all over. I have 2 sets of emails and my recent response to the other one was just declined. One of the last solutions given was to try a "software update", not a direct fix, that had a version number but that does not appear on the website or to be verified by the company and was just a link for me to try. I was not willing to be a test subject and lose all function of the camera until I can replace it or get a virus. Research shows software updates are a consistent issue with this company, and you cannot get help in a timely manner. I also cannot get them to refund my money as they have drug their feet past the return time. Great camera. The ability to pan 360 means one camera gets a lot of area and the spotlight can get very bright if needed and light up a large area too. I don't recommend leaving the spotlight on it attracts bugs. Its very effective on the sensor setting where the light comes at when the camera detects movement. I love the tracking feature that follows everyone straight to the front door from the driveway. This camera also records sound really well with a good clear picture. The presets help speed up checking out the yard pretty easy and setup was super easy too. The one downside is time lag when looking at it with a cell signal as opposed to the dedicated Wi-Fi. Depending it can take a minute to connect with the camera. Overall a very good security camera with very good customer service and I will be buying a few more soon.

If I could only have one security camera then the REOLINK Trackmix WiFi would be it
First of all I had no problems installing the micro SD card because I used a phillips #1 screwdriver. Second of all the tracking works better than expected after experimenting with all the settings and doing a little reading on the REOLINK website. The picture quality is outstanding including the nighttime IR. The color night vision just means you are using the LED spotlight to illuminate the area which I will not be using but it’s a good feature to have regardless. You can turn on the spotlight or sound the alarm manually thru the app or client if you so desire or have everything on auto. The talk feature is horrible, it has an echo and isn’t very loud. If I don’t connect to the camera for a while using iOS sometimes the WiFi will fail but then it tries again automatically and connects in a second. Then if I load the app up again it will connect perfectly. Not sure if this minor glitch can be corrected with future firmware updates or if it’s an iOS problem that will require a future update. Either way it’s not that big of a deal but I figure I’d use this review to nitpick the small issues I found. The only feature lacking is the ability to setup a schedule for motion, pet, person, vehicle independently. As of now if you want to set a schedule for one then it affects them all. So this means if you don’t want something on then it has to be turned off completely. I know it’s hard to understand thru my words but for example if you want to turn off false alerts from moving tree branches or flying moths at night then you need to turn off motion completely and leave pet, person, vehicle on. Which isn’t really that big of a deal because what else can trigged motion that you would be interested in getting notified by? A UFO would probably be detected with the vehicle smart detection. Or a Sasquatch would be detected by the person or pet smart detection. So I feel like I’m covered. My problem with other cameras was having to check footage for no reason wasting my time. I do not have that issue with this camera as it does a very good job of only notifying important detections. You can have it automatically send you emails with each detection which provides a 25 second clip. You can also have it provide push notifications, but I find this overkill as the email does a good job at notifying me. For some reason they do not give you the free cloud service with this model which is kind of a bummer. They said they might change that in the future. But you don’t have to pay a monthly fee using the micro SD card or NVR. I’ve corresponded with support only once so far and the response didn’t answer all my questions so I will try again. Even though there are a few minor glitches and issues it seems they are fixable with future firmware and software updates. Hope to see improvements soon. So with that being said I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants to step it up.

Excellent camera--takes some tech savvy person to figure it out.
With the help of my tech savvy neighbor, he got the camera to rotate with movement. He has about 5 of these. It takes very good pictures although it is sometimes too sensitive which I can't seem to adjust. Sometimes, it records nothing--no movement or bugs. I wouldn't suggest "push" notifications unless you are expecting someone as it is annoying and, as I said, warns me when nothing is there. Probably an issue with my inability to adjust.

Rock solid construction very clean video, has Ethernet!!
REOLINK 4K Dual Lens Outdoor Security Camera, TrackMix WiFi Plug-in PTZ Camera with Auto Tracking, 6X Hybrid Zoom, 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi 6, No Monthly Fee, AI Person/Vehicle Detection, Color Night Vision This is a true outdoor hardened camera. It's the new generation of Reolink outdoor cams. This one's way way way more beefier than earlier "outdoor" cameras. In the past , I had Reolink ptz cams that was rated for outdoor installations but the housing was cheap plastics and you can tell after one season , grueling winter and continually exposed to sun, the plastics got really suspect and the mount sagged. This new gen really shines. It's a metal mount. Mostly metal housing...bthe SD card door is sealed properly and needs to be screwed on with a metal cover. Antennas are dual diversity . It weighs a lot more too. Very beefy. Bravo. Form a camera point of view it has a fixed lens that follows the pan. And a zoom lens that articulates up and down and zooms in and out. Very high res. Can see the zoomed in video with a concurrent wider angle perspective context. Very cool. As with all other reolinks, it has tracking features , night cam, spotlight , two way audio, notification, scheduling , various detection thresholds, etc. also works with Reolink home hub. This camera also has an Ethernet port. You can wire it rather than WiFi. But you still can setup wifi and have it configured just as a backup . The connectors for eth and power are weather sealed. Very good stuff here. I hard wired etb cable and it's so rock solidddddd. If you need one cam for your front view, this is the one. Very versatile and reliable.

Very good video quality; easily integrated with Reolink Home Hub
This Reolink 4K wired Wifi PTZ Trackmix security camera comes with a comprehensive list of features and performance specifications, and overall it performs pretty much to spec. For video quality, the daytime 4K video is very crisp and clear, while night time video is good-to-very good quality, especially with spotlight on, and ok video quality with IR illumination. Audio quality does sound a bit thin, and is dependent on where you mount the camera and where you stand with respect to it, with decent quality within around 8ft of the camera. Also, there's only a slight lag with the audio, something like less than 1 second. The Reolink app used to control and view this camera is well refined, with a full suite of controls and features from dual-view streaming, to manual PTZ control and setting up custom detection zones & alerts. The sensitivity level set for detection zones and alerts works generally well, but not always reliable, as I've experienced missed events about 10% to 20% of the time. When I cranked up the sensitivity too much, it tends to over detect as well, so I found it difficult to find a proper balanced setting. This camera can be easily integrated into the Reolink Home Hub. The camera's WiFi connectivity is generally stable, with 2 or 3 disconnects per week - however, the camera does eventually auto-reconnect after 3 to 4 minutes. Even though I have the camera connected to a Reolink Home Hub for recording events, but the camera is connected to my WiFi router (extender), rather than to the Home Hub's onboard WiFi SSID. This is because the camera is farther away from the Home Hub than my WiFi router (extender). This setup works fine for recording frequent events, and there's no discernible difference in lag time when controlling the PTZ from the mobile app between these two different WiFi connection paths.
