I've been using the NATURAL STACKS Ginkgo Biloba supplements, which include Panax Ginseng and Bacopa Monnieri, for some time now. As someone who works remotely and spends the entire day at a computer, I've found this product to be quite effective. The clean ingredients and third-party testing were important factors for me in choosing this supplement, and they haven't disappointed. The most noticeable benefit has been the increase in focus throughout my workday. I've been able to get more work done, which is a big plus. Additionally, I've experienced a more creative mindset while taking the product, which has been an unexpected but welcome bonus. The taste is decent, and I haven't had any issues with burps or lingering flavors, which is often a concern with supplements. One thing to note is that the effects have been progressive; it's not like a sudden energy rush you might get from something like Red Bull. Instead, it's a steady improvement in focus and mental clarity. Overall, I've been very pleased with the results and would recommend this product to others looking for a natural way to enhance mental performance.

I love this product and I find that this brand and mix are great (third party lab tested contents is what sold me). I've been taking it daily for a around 6 months and find that it helps me clear morning brain fog and that my memory has been very consistent (maybe even improved? but it is hard to tell without some kind of test).

Let me start this review by saying that I’m new to Natural Stacks, but I recently discovered them through my process of looking for new nootropics based supplements. I am extremely picky about which companies I choose to buy supplements from. They must do third party testing, and they must use research backed amounts of each of their ingredients, most of which are standardized to contain a certain amount of the active constituent within the ingredient that drives the targeted effect. What impressed me about Natural Stacks was that not only did they meet my criteria as a trustworthy company, but they also had supplements with combinations of ingredients that I hadn’t seen other companies make. For example, I really appreciated that their new NMN supplement also contained Niacin and TMG in the same capsule together with NMN. A knowledgeable consumer will know that it’s strongly recommended that you take TMG with a NAD+ boosting supplement such as NMN or NR, because it consumes your body’s methyl donors. The added Niacin was a nice touch, because although my multivitamin has a generous amount of Niacin, I could stand to take more. Niacin also boosts NAD+ through a different mechanism. So the reason that I immediately was interested in this new product, Ginkgo+, was that it was the first supplement I’d seen that had Panax Ginseng, Bacopa Monnieri, and Ginkgo Biloba in the same capsule. This is a huge draw for me, because I already take a large number of capsules per day. If I were to add nootropics to my existing regimen, I’d want to combine multiple ingredients in one capsule instead of needing to take 3-4 more. I spend an inordinate amount of my free time browsing for new supplements out of interest, so I had a lot of different comparisons to draw from. I went to work to see how Ginkgo+ stood up to them. Let’s compare Ginkgo+ to competitor’s supplements of each ingredient, sold separately (as I said, I can’t find another supplement that contains all three of these ingredients together): 1. Panax Ginseng (root) Extract (standardized to 4% ginsenosides) 200 mg Life Extension has a product called Ginseng Energy Boost ($18 for 30 capsules) that has 200 mg of Panax Ginseng, but it’s the patented GS15-4 Fermented Asian Ginseng. According to the product page on Life Extension’s website, the fermentation lends to enhanced absorption because it negates the need for your own microbiota to ferment the ginsenosides in your gut. It isn’t standardized for ginsenosides, but the enhanced absorption due to it being fermented may offset that (although that’s just a guess on my part). I was able to find supplements that were standardized to more than the 4% ginsenosides in Gingko+. Nootropics Depot has a Panax Ginseng (leaf) extract that’s standardized to 40% ginsenosides and a Panax Ginseng (root) extract standardized to 10% ginsenosides. It’s important to note that these supplements are just the single ingredient, and they cost almost as much or more than Gingko+, which has THREE ingredients. In my opinion, I find Ginkgo+ to be the more appealing choice over these other single ingredient Panax Ginseng supplements with higher standardized ginsenosides, because I would then have to take 3 capsules from 3 different bottles and pay much more money for 3 different supplements. 2. Bacopa Monnieri (whole plant) extract (standardized to 20% bacosides) 200 mg I know of three kinds of patented Bacopa Monnieri: Synapsa, BaCognize, and Cognance. The Bacopa Monnieri in this product is not one of these patented forms, but it IS standardized to 20% bacosides (40mg of 200mg). This exceeds or is close to the level of bacosides in these other patented forms. I’ve found two supplements that are standardized to more than 20% bacosides. Nootropics Depot has a Bacopa Monnieri standardized to a MINIMUM of 24% bacosides, and Toniiq has a Bacopa supplement that’s 500 mg per capsule standardized to an impressive 50% bacosides. Toniiq’s product is priced at $16.97 on their website for 90 capsules. If I were to just decide to take Bacopa Monnieri alone, I’d say Toniiq’s Bacopa is superior based on it having 250mg of bacosides vs. the 40mg of bacosides in Ginkgo+. However, I’m happy to take Ginkgo+ because of the combination with Panax Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba. Ginkgo Biloba (leaf) extract (standardized to 24% Ginkgo Flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones) 125 mg This seems to be the best standardization for Ginkgo Biloba, and it’s the same as Life Extension’s Ginkgo Biloba Certified Extract, which is what I have bought in the past. Except for one small detail. Life Extension’s label also says <1 ppm Ginkgolic Acid after it says 24% ginkgo flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones. I’m assuming that if it’s kept under <1ppm it must be undesirable. It appears that these two products may be using the same source of Ginkgo Biloba as their labels are almost the same, but I’d like Natural Stacks to add the <1 ppm Ginkgolic acid if that is also true for their ingredient as well. On the whole, I’m quite happy with the price of this product and the ingredients. I performed better on timed tests after taking it, and I had an easier time focusing for long periods of time.

I love how this product boosted my energy and focus. I felt a significant difference while I was in class. I was more attentive, less fatigued, and absorbed information better. This supplement is effective without being overly concentrated (i.e., higher mg's). It combined the three active ingredients (ginkgo, ginseng, and bacopa) that I was looking for at the needed %'s. I don't have any problems swallowing capsules, but these are not large for me.

I bought this, hoping that it would give me some extra energy it does not. I tried to return it. They said I can return it and then they won’t let me. They’ve made it impossible and won’t give me a return code. I would not buy this product or deal with this company ever again.
