So far I have only done a test of this stuff on the cotton backing of some leatherette, but it seemed to work a treat. Dried quickly with no tackiness.

This was the recommended stiffened for a knitting project. I wasn't sure if it was available in UK and very pleased to find it. It didn't disappoint. It dries completely clear and my little knitted baskets were perfectly stiffened

This was a different brand to ones I bought before, I bought Raynors before and I found this brand wasn’t as good in my opinion. Tbh PVA glue does the same job.

Amazing product! I do a lot of Free Standing Lace with my embroidery machine. This makes it very firm indeed. You must use it on the underside as it leaves an opaque film but I highly recommend it fir making Lace and fabric rock hard
