Live in a wooded area. Use the battery on my blower. The old battery give me about five minutes run time at the highest speed. The second battery allows me to complete clearing off my driveway. Expensive but a necessary buy for the system.

So firstly these things are damn expensive, no matter where you buy from. Amazon had the best price. Make sure you look up your model and type of item, or I imagine this would not work for your trimmer.It fits our weedeater perfectly, and we needed a second battery, as we have a very large property and areas to trim, getting tired of waiting to recharge.This fit our trimmer perfectly, holds power longer than the original, and it’s a great backup if needed for the other Greenworks.Easy to put onto your charger, provide exact needed power to it.I just wished it costed a little less.(All gardening equipment cost more this year it seems).No complaints about its functioning at all. Arrived pretty fast and well packaged.Again, Amazon had the best deal for price on it than even their own website.

EDIT UPDATE: The battery was a complete dud; I contacted the seller. They replied within a couple hours & issued a full refund for the defective product. I've changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 for the great customer service. Seller is on point.EDIT #1: Fully charged a second time & it worked for roughly 10 minutes.PREVIOUS REVIEW:Disappointed. Fully charged battery got me a 20 minutes of cut time on my mower. Contacting seller and sending back.

This battery works even better than the battery that came with the blower. The charge lasts longer.

Works great

I like my Greenworks weed eater and leaf blower but batteries wear down fast so thought I’d look into getting an extra battery. I looked at Amazon and was surprised to see this 60 V discounted so I bought it. Great original manufacturer equipment and a reasonable price. It’s excellent and just what I needed.

This is a poor quality replacement. The charge hardly lasts at all and frequently overheats. I have the original battery that my device came with and bought this one to alternate with it and it is a poor comparison.
