Fun to Use! It works!
Love this indoor exercise set. Good quality and easy to set up. I like to use it while watching TV. Itโs perfect for people who donโt have big chunk of time for exercise. Highly recommend.

The anchors are extremely thick and durable, and a great price when building a home gym.
These work pretty darn good once you get them up. I wish they'd stay on the door a bit better, but they are an amazing idea. If the rubber ball was a bit heavier, it'd probably be easier for a short girl like me to keep them on top of the door while I'm trying to close it. That said, if you have a solid door, and you're looking for a way to make a home gym, these are the answer! I live in a VERY small house--650-square feet--so creating a home gym was a challenge. With these, I can hook them to my exercise straps, and place one at the top of the door, one I hook around the outside doorknob, and then I slide one at chest level, and pull the door shut. This gives me a pull-to-the-floor movement (think Ax chop), a bicep-curl/forearm movement, and then a row movement, making this a versatile gym. The anchors are extremely thick and durable, and a great price when building a home gym. Easy to use, you just click to your resistance straps and place them where you want. Again, my only thing is keeping the strap at the top of the door before I close the door. So, if they had a bit of weight or even a rubber resistance, that would be great!

Works great, priced right!
The anchor strap works well, holding my resistance bands in place. I use indoors and out. I have one at the top, middle, and bottom of the door. Hint, place the middle last ;-)

Needs a center strap
Edit: the more I use this, the more I hate it. It isn't stable. Original: I like having this, and it seems well-made. But it needs something to anchor it in the middle. I kept thinking I wasn't doing my exercises correctly because something didn't feel the same as in physical therapy sessions. Turns out it was the middle of the strap extending a couple inches when I pulled a band. The buckle on the back is secure, but it's impossible for me to adjust this thing to be flush with the door. I need a better solution than my ugly tape!

Door strap does not fit tightly.
The quality is not great. The door strap always pulls away from the door, so you will need more working area to use the straps. The hand grips are moving when pulling the bands. The end of the band needs an additional latch to attach to the hand grip.

Strong and comfortable to use
UPDATE: I've had these grips for several months now, and I'm happy to say I was wrong about the fake rubber grips. The unpleasant stickiness has gone with regular use, and now they are very pleasant to use. All the positives of these grips remain, and the negative aspect of the unpleasant feel of the rubber has gone. So if you can work through the initial slight stickiness, you'll end up with a very nice set of grips. I've updated my review accordingly. I've uploaded a photo of the grips after they've had some regular use, and you can see the stickiness is gone. If you've ever had something made from artificial rubber, and after a time noticed that when you touch it, there's an unpleasant stickiness to it, and it leaves a residue on your hands, then the "rubber" on these grips will be familiar to you. The clever compound that gives that soft-touch grip breaks down, and the result is a sticky mess that gets on your hands and anything else it comes into contact with. So that's a bit of a deal-breaker for me with these grips. Even from brand new, I can feel a fine layer of something on my hands after gripping these grips. (Maybe it's residue of silicone lubricant, to release them from the mould during manufacture, I dunno.) On the positive side, these grips seem strong, and the soft and grippy compound on the grips is comfortable to hold (residue on your hands notwithstanding), and they're reasonably priced. I like everything about them but that fake rubber compound on the grips, because I know with regular use in sweaty hands, the degradation would accelerate and they'll be properly unpleasant to hold in a matter of months. For occasional use with home resistance bands, they do the job, but as a set of bands that comes with suitable grips isn't much more money, I can't really recommend you purchase these particular grips. Unfortunately, Slim Panda don't seem to make "proper" rubber or foam gripped pro handles, which is a shame. If the sticky rubber thing doesn't sound like a problem to you, add at least one star to my review score. They're pretty sturdy and comfortable to hold when new. If you wear contact lenses and need to touch your eyes, or if you have a baby who you may need to pick-up mid-exercise, be forewarned about that residue.
