Very good product for very good price. I need to point out also the excellent service, when the first delivery failed, the company without hesitation replied with a new. One question I have is regarding the daily dose which according to the instruction is 375mg. Just wonder how this weight corresponds to the plastic spoon with 1ml resp. 2ml volume.

I usually buy magnesium citrate from Swanson but I bought this from wellnessuk because it was cheaper. I assume it is 100% magnesium citrate but I find that this has an unpleasant aftertaste which I don't like. I will revert back to seasons brand as that has a much more 'citracy' taste.

I ordered this as 600mg Magnesium daily is recommended in Migraine treatment and Magnesium Citrate is meant to be better absorbed than other formulations. Unfortunately then found out the Magnesium Citrate acts as a laxative. Was unable to take the recommended dose for that reason. I do nto think this was mentionned on the product information on purchase.

U can pay £15 for 20 grams, this is just as good

Purchased 1 kg of this and am now worried that it might not be Magnesium Citrate. It tastes completely different to Citrate that I have had before. No acidic taste and it does not dissolve in water.

Pure convenient and cheap, what moor can you ask for, its ace
