Bought for my mother in law who’s suffering with sore joints in the morning. She said she noticed the difference after two days and hasn’t had issues with bad knuckles since. Pills are quite large but she snapped them in half and said it wasn’t an issue. As well as calcium it has K2 is which allows the calcium to be absorbed. Would recommend

Family feeling great after being on these. Bit big to swallow

I don't normally do reviews but I thought I ought to let potential buyers know that these are quite large tablets, so big that I nearly choked on one. I did have a full cup of herbal tea to wash it down with but it got stuck and I'm afraid to take another one as my throat was sore all day. Having said that the first one I took went down ok but I wish I had bought the chewable ones. The pictures show the tablets on the left and a standard paracetamol on the right. I can't comment on the efficacy as I've not been able to take many of them yet. I am breaking them in half to see if I can manage them better.

Small dose pills but I simply take more of them, the point being that it is an easy fix for keeping up with my minerals and vitamins.

very big my hubby wont take them , but you can get a chewable one which is great

i cant comment on what it does - it was recommended to me by a specialist, but the tablets are TOO BIG. they are basically a choking hazard. i dread taking them and even skip a doze sometimes

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. The pills are enormous and you have to take 4 each time! Chose these for the quality and combination of magnesium, calcium, D3 and K which is exactly what I was looking for, but I won’t buy again.

I am extremely happy with this supplement. The amino acid chelate form of calcium is one of the more readily absorbed, but difficult to find. The fact that it is combined here with all of the bone health minerals that I was looking for in one pill makes it unbeatable in my mind, and extremely reasonably priced. One note: the pills are quite large, so this is probably not the right supplement for someone with pill swallowing troubles.

So glad to finally find a good Cal/D/K/Magnesium vitamin that works as good as the now extinct Bone Care vitamins! I have severe cervical degenerative spine, which these have helped tremendously. They are big to swallow, but I can deal with that over the pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend these.

These pills are impossible to swallow! Do not waste your money. You can’t get hem down your throat. I had to cut them in sections of 3 each and they still wouldn’t go down!

My mom asked for this brand vitamins for it's components. The pill size is a bit big, but it's understandable given how much is fit into it.

I love this brand. I do like the chewables better, but this is more cost efficient. They are quite large though. But this works great. I sleep like a baby when I take them. Also helps with aching muscles
