Great dance shoes for WCS, salsa, mambo and practice. I would definitely buy these shoes if the 7 1/2 were available! I wear size 8 street shoe and 7 1/2 dance shoe. I ordered 8 and 7 in denim cuban heel (7 1/2 not available). They arrived quickly, and packaged in plastic bag with toe/heel cushion and then placed inside individual shoe boxes. These are almost the same high quality as Stephanie which has leather toe bands and a little more arch cushion. Might be a slightly higher quality than Swayd Linda which has plastic-type toe band that can stretch too much. These blue denim shoes will probably have no stretch in the bands that criss-cross the toe area. I like that because the criss-cross toe bands and ankle strap help secure the foot in place so the foot doesn't slide forward. I also love the blue denim color (the straps are denim cloth sewn on top of black suede). Would look great with jeans.

HOWEVER, the strap closing was a tad difficult to figure out how to use. I had to make holes in the ankle straps in order to make the system work. Then I had to cut about 6 inches off of the left over straps. That said, they are comfortable, the heel is just high enough to look classy and be comfy. The lining makes the shoe fit just snuggly enough to hold it in place. I will enjoy wearing these shoes to a family wedding and will be able to dance without having to take off my shoes when the evening is only half over.

The comfort, heel height and overall look of this shoe is exactly what I was hoping for. The way the shoe buckles, however, is a challenge. I figured it out right away but soon realized that if I wear these shoes at the next wedding reception (which is why I bought them), I'm going to have to get into a very un-lady-like position to fasten the shoes. That's why the shoes are being returned.

For the price, these shoes are a great bargain. Like many reviewers, my straps were far too long, but I simply added notches further up and trimmed the extra length. Considering so many are having the same experience, it might be wise for the manufacturer to add additional holes or have them along the entirety of the adjustable strap. Otherwise the fit is good, and it's a comfortable shoe.

Loved these shoes, but I have to give 3 stars since the toe straps were WAY too tight. I know dance shoes fit snug but these hurt too much to keep. Didn’t want to spend all of this money just to try to stretch the ends and risk ruining them and being unable to send back or wear at all. If you have thinner feet these shoes are perfect, the gold ones were adorable, and wish I could have kept them.

Overall I like the shoe, and I think it would perform well as a dance shoe if the fit was a little more snug. I had to return them because they were too big for me to effectively wear for dancing. I typically wear a size 6 street shoe, and a six in this left extra space past my toe and beneath the lower straps. The shoe color was also more green hued than the warm tan tone in the photos, which surprisingly clashed with my skin.

So far they are perfect. Fit is good . I wear a 10.5 slightly wide foot and they fit perfect. Hoping they will wear well and I can get a lot of use out of them. Love the heel size, not too high but enough so I’m not falling over, great for older gal. Got the neutral color so that I can wear it with all different dresses. May go back and get the black ones as well. Thanks for making an affordable product for my shoe size.

Ordered my street shoe size, too big. Returned and ordered ½ size smaller, and they were just right for my foot - wide ball of foot, medium heel width. One star off because strap past buckle too long- nearly touches floor. I'm glad I found them, though
