Are these glasses heatproof? I would like to make candles with them

I wouldn't really like to say for sure. I wouldn't pour boiling water over them, but if the wax is not so hot it might be all right. Sorry I can't be more help.

Description says 'This product is from a small and medium business brand based in the U.K.' But just because it's sold by a UK brand, doesn't mean it wasn't made somewhere else. Try searching 'where is Argon tableware made'.

Does the 7.4 cm diameter apply to the top or bottom of the glass?

The 7.4 cm diameter applies to the top of the glass. The bottom of the glass attracts a 6.9 cm diameter.
