I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the first one I got stopped working immediately, so assuming I had not followed the instructions properly, I ordered another one but that also stopped working after a couple of weeks. Cleaned it all properly with no joy. On the upside my son still loves them even though they work anymore.

The idea of the mountain is great and you do get the steam coming out but it leaks all through the battery compartment. We've used very little water as I thought maybe we had over filled it but it still leaks so our son can't play with it as already ruined the surface he was using it on

Let out steam for about 20 seconds the first time we switched it on and now nothing! Says on the box that it must not be wet and we’ve kept that part completely dry, however, water vapour is of course ‘wet’ and this moisture is enough to stop it from working. Absolutely pointless in drying it off as the water vapour immediately makes it wet the moment you turn it on and then no steam. Bit disappointing

Kinder sind begeistert und ich bin erstaunt, wie lange der Wasserdampf hält . Sieht schon sehr beeindruckend aus.Zuerst dachte ich, das Teil würde nicht funktionieren. Lämpchen leuchtete rot, aber es kam nichts raus. Es lag an den Batterien. Der Vulkan braucht starke Batterien.
