We took this to Mexico with us for a 10 day holiday. We left it plugged in our hotel room continuously for the 10 days that we were there and didn't have any mosquito's in our room and there was still some left in it when we left. However, we did generally tend to keep our door to the balcony shut. But seemed to do the job and kept our room mozzie free!

Bought this product as we were going to Iguaza falls in Argentina. This area is notorious for mosquitoes; it is also in the Yellow Fever zone, a disease carried by these little beasts. The product worked well. We didn't get bitten at all. The product active constituent has a pleasant citronella smell and wasn't unduly offensive. I would give 5 stars except for the fact it didn't fit the Argentine power sockets. These take plugs with flat pins in a V formation rather than the US II pattern Fortunately the hotel was able to provide us with an adaptor. My advice would be to buy this product with a UK plug and buy the appropriate UK adaptor for the country/s you are visiting. They are cheap enough on Amazon and you can get them with adjustable pins to fit both configurations.

This worked brilliantly, we were in Antigua early March 2020. Saw lots of people with very bad bites, switched it on when we went for our evening meal and left it on all night. We didn’t get a single bite so would heartily recommend this. We found dead bugs in the bathroom! It was easy to use and didn’t leak, used it every day for 11 nights still plenty left for another holiday, if and when we can start to travel again!

Good packaging and arrived promptly then that's the end of the good news. We went to Riviera Maya (Mexico) in June 2014 and plugged the Mosquito plug in and on about 10 out of 14 nights Inwoke with a fresh mosquito bite every morning. Unusual as this may sound but my wife and son never got bitten so not sure what the conclusion would be for this product. However I can only comment on my experience and it did not seem to work for me but gave the product 3stars as it could be said others may of benefitted.

I've put off reviewing this until I had chance to use it. I've just returned from 2 weeks in the Dominican Republic and this was well and truly tested.I've never believed in this sort of plug in, in all the times I've been away I've never really had a problem with bites but they do seem partial to my partner. However on a trip to Cuba last year my missus was bit to death repeatedly so thought it wouldn't do any harm to try this.On this years holiday we were (as in Cuba) allocated a ground floor room which is where the mosquito's seem to like to congregate and party. In fact looking at the ceiling of our terrace it was covered in them both day and night. We're normally really careful about keeping the screens closed etc but they still manage to find a way in now matter how hard you try (I think the maids invite them in for fun when they clean the rooms).However I can honestly say that even though there were clear sightings of Mozzies in the room in the day, they were nowhere to be found after a couple of hours of having this plugged in.The main thing is though that neither of us got a single bite whilst in the room, This really is a first. even better is that after a good two weeks use there's only abut a third of the liquid has gone so it's good for the next couple of holidays as well.

Plug seemed to work well - no issues in our lodge at Tortuguero with high temperatures and high humidity. The red light on the device showed it was working and at the end of the stay in that area - as part of the holiday - I removed the liquid secured the top as supplied, put it back in the original plastic packaging ready to travel to another location.

Went to Barbados in June 2017 and was warned about mosquitos before we went so thought this was a good precaution as they seem to like me!. Was concerned about it being 120V as I thought it should be 110V but the plugin worked fine. Left it turned on continuously for 12 days and it only used about a third of the liquid repellant supplied. Didn't use it with repellant tablets but I'm sure they'd work OK. Mosquitos weren't a problem either indoors or outside so couldn't assess how effective it was but it was worth it for peace of mind.

Needed this for holiday to Mexico... product ordered and received in time. Worked brilliantly as not a single bug in the room - others definitely had them in their rooms and had to have their rooms sprayed! Very happy to recommend this company & product. Thank you.
