Flavor profile is lighter and sweeter and a bit less acidic than American favorite "Hellmans" (I use the Aldi version, very similar, in fact, maybe superior to Best/Hellmans.) The texture is somewhat more liquid. If making a salad where you bind all the ingredients with mayonnaise, such as a light potato salad or a "Salad Olivier" Russian style cooked vegetable salad, works a bit better as it's less thick. Also works for creamy salad dressings you pour on. Almost tastes a bit like "Miracle Whip" but it's truly mayonnaise.

Best testing mayo in the world. Creamy texture, great flavor. No soybean oil, no canola oil, no nonsense. Rapeseed oil is the good stuff. Wish it wasn't so expensive though. It is just perfect!
