horrible .
these are so bad. they come in 2 diff sizes and i couldnt even wear them.. got hurt during a dolphin dive practice (i usually do it with no knee pads) and they are just horrible. highly don’t recommend them and the small size is just as big as medium, please if your looking for volley ball pads this is not it.
