Yes however it'll be personal choice for your bird... Harrison's do a fine pellet which is about a quarter of the size so may be easier for your parrotlet to eat. One of my cockatiels loves these and my other just throws them out of her feeder!! Always worth trying pellet over seeds though 😊

Yes usually the problem is trying to get smaller birds eating pellets that are too large. I have a conure quaker and cockatiel and they all love it . Hope that helps
