I request you to exchange that brush and replace it with new brush
Brush bristle completely flared out...Seriously I don't understand how to use that brush...That too for kids... Not at all satisfied... Return is also not available

Very hard not soft at all and they are uncomfortable for babies teeth and gum I tried them on my 2 years old baby and she refuses brushing her teeth afterward!!
