You might not be aware that it can be really hard to buy garden set covers that fits. I suppose we own a really uncommon size of table so it took hours to find a cover that fits somewhat. However it still has excess material flapping in the wind, reducing the durability of the cover and increasing the risk of leakages.I’ve tried to secure it with ropesbut as I’m not a sailor its hard to apply pressure and get them tight. A much more practical and sightly solution are ratchet straps. The ones I ordered had to be at least 4 meter long. This set of 4, 5m long straps was the most cost effective solution.So far I am quite pleased. The cover up job was more easily done than usual, the result looks reasonable and the garden set should be able to withstand the elements for quite a few years in this manner. The straps look study and durable and I could put a lot of weight and pressure on to secure them tightly. For that reason I chose straps with metal grips. They are not made from stainless steel, I suppose. So the only small concern I have is that these might oxidate after sustained exposure to rain overtime. Either way I’m left with 2 spare straps from this set as replacement. Otherwise I’m sure I’ll find good use of them in due course.

These come in pack of 4, they are dead easy to use. I used them to fit a folding bed on top of the car and take it across the uk and they didn't loosen at all, staying tight all the way.

Good solid tie down straps. I bought these to secure luggage in my thule roof box. Excellent quality for the price and I would say they're as good as the original thule straps they are replacing.

They are ok , the ratchets don’t seem to be all that strong time will tell

Great cambuckle straps. Good quality webbing just like the stuff used for seatbelts. I particularly liked the double stitching where the strap loops around the buckle. Good and strong-better than most. Recommend

Made light work of quickly and securely covering garden furniture for the winter, so that the covers were intact against high winds. Prolongs the life of the covers compared to using the usual hooks through the eyelets.

Ho utilizzato queste cinghie per fissare carichi su un rimorchio. Funzionano, ma il tessuto è piuttosto sottile e poco resistente alla abrasione.
