Our son is of special needs and has anxiety. We got this Tonie to help with him calming himself. Usually he doesn't receive well to calming tools, but this was a win. He actually sat down and listened to the instructions. Haven't discovered music or sounds yet. It focuses more on meditation. There are other Tonie options for sounds.
