No batteries to change, no strap to cinch, no angles to adjust, no instructions to memorize -- just put it on, and press the single button to cycle through the settings or turn it off -- this is the simplicity I was looking for.I have other, complicated lights to use while running or cycling, so this one is pulling around-the-house duty. It stays in place well while moving/bending/looking down and its weight is not bothersome. The only bad thing about it for this application is that I don't need the red rear lights to be on, but there is no way to disable them -- they're not causing any harm and aren't visible to the wearer, but it's worth noting.The headlamp is made entirely of plastic, so I am concerned with its long-term durability accomodating my large head. To be fair, it doesn't feel like its about to break, and creaking (as I would expect of plastic) is very minimal when coming on or off.Overall, this is a simple-to-operate light with a nice, wide beam.

I was surprised to see how large this light was, but when I put it on I was impressed. It fits very comfortably and does not feel like it is 'digging in' to you head. The light is very bright and covers a very large area so you are not trying to move the small dot of light to where it is needed. There is a bit of glare on my glasses, but that was easily resolved by tipping the light up a bit on my forehead. I have not tested the life of the battery when charged, so I cant speak for that. I am a bit disappointed that there is no indicator for the the charging, so not only cant you tell if it is actually charging, you also are guessing if it is fully charged.

I found this to be reasonably comfortable, mainly intending to use for illuminating difficult-to-light projects.The high and low brightness settings are great! The strobe setting is of very dubious value. Even thought I'm not epileptic, but I found the strobe setting very unpleasant to be around, and is very likely to cause problems for people who have light sensitivities.I would have strongly preferred for the lighting mode to be controlled by a selector switch. As it is, the mode is controlled by pressing the power button, cycling through the settings, from high, low, then strobe, and finally off.The charging port is thankfully USB-C, and a short charging cable is included.

I know they are advertising these for running but I use them when I work at the automotive body shop and seeing bolts in dark areas this product works great. The battery last about 2 hours witch is fine for me not sure about running. Over all I was hoping for a helping hand seeing in dark places and this works great. I would buy again if these ever stop working

This fits my noticeably small, adult head enough that it probably won’t fall off, but it’s a little loose, which is completely fine. It’s quite comfortable on me, so I don’t see it triggering a headache, which happens to me often. It also fits comfortably on my husband’s rather large head, so I’d say most adult head sizes are covered.You can click the power button 3 times. The 1st click is bright, the 2nd click is less bright, and the 3rd click is strobe. Click it one more time to turn it off. Does ‘off’ count as a 4th click? I don’t think so.This headlamp has the main band of light on the front and two, smaller red lights on the back. It’s bright enough that you wouldn’t want to look directly at it, and the strobe would be completely disorienting to anyone or anything coming at you, so it could probably be used to some extent for your protection in a dangerous situation. I can feel it getting warm on my head after being left on for a bit, so that could be a problem if you’re already in a hot setting, but if it’s chilly, all the better.It comes with a short USB/C charge cable, so you’ll either have to plug it into a USB power source or have a converter available for plugging into a wall. The charge slot is covered by one of those little rubber things that you kind of pull out of its tiny pocket with your fingernail, and when that rubber is open and just hanging there, it feels barely attached. You can completely swivel it around, which I suppose could be nice, but it seems unnecessary, and it feels like it could just break off with even the smallest accidental tug.Overall, this is a great item, and it will easily replace my beloved, dead flashlight.

It looks a bit strange and quite nerdy wearing this but I have to say it by far the most useful type of headlamp. The reason is that you have full and even lighting 180 degrees. Other headlamps shine just in front of you. Your peripheral vision will still see the view on the side but that is darker. With this wraparound design it looks tons more natural. The first setting (which is the brightest) illuminates the surroundings very well. I do all types of construction so it's very useful in low or even completely dark areas.It's marketed as a light for running and hiking which I'm sure works extremely well but for doing work it's perfect. The headband is rigid plastic. You would think that it would easily slip off the head but I haven't found that to be the case unless you are shaking hard. I tried running a short distance and didn't notice any slipping. I haven't used it long enough for the battery charge to die - but after 90 minutes it was still going strong.In 2 of my pics, one is with the light on and the other without (pitch black)So far with my Vine review items - I have to say this is one of the most useful and highest ratings I can give for an item. I REALLY love this light!!
