Turmeric Capsules High Strength - Black Pepper and Vitamin D3 - Amber Boost by Lean Greens - Anti-Inflammatory Herbal Supplement

I'm sure these are effective as an anti inflammation supplement, but I discontinued use as I they repeated on me all say- ie I could taste them in a reflux reaction

I've no idea what the science says but what I say is that this works wonders for me. I have noticeably less niggles and aches after taking this every day.

I've been taking Turmeric for just about a year - I have a long term chest condition plus sinusitis. I've seen a dramatic improvement - only been on antibiotics once since last Oct.
