Trying this brand for the first time.Easy to swallow.

Way better than 90% of the curcumin / turmeric supplements around. Most are a waste of time sadly. These work for me. I'm getting on a bit and do combat sports. I'm aching a lot and these really help me deal with it without constantly resorting to taking Ibuprofen which has various health risks and side-effects I don't enjoy.Healthspan are one of the few UK companies I trust for supps. Not saying all their supps are guaranteed to work but you can be sure that they actually contain what they claim they contain and contain it in meaningful amounts.

I've trained since being a teenager & am in my 50's now. The last few winters I've experienced almost constant discomfort from joint pain which then goes again as soon as the months gets warmer & less damp. Knee, back etc. It had got to the point where I'd thought I'd have to stop running altogether.Read the reviews & thought I'd give these a try. I'm very impressed as my joint pain has just about disappeared! I have combined these with daily stretching which I'm sure is another plus factor but nonetheless I couldn't have imagined this much of a change & the loss of the almost constant winter aches. Recommended

It seems to work. I bought a pack before Christmas 2024 to try, and decided to continue. This time the package is twice the physical size!The blister pack puts me off as it is quite unnecessary, not readily recyclable and non-sustainable.I will be ordering alternatives with more sustainable packaging product as soon as possible.
