I have only been taking these capsules for a few days so unable to give a true review about the effects of taking them, other than reporting no unpleasant side effects. It was Dr Steven Gundry who gave me the idea of increasing my intake of polyphenols. He is a doctor for whom I have great respect & have all his very interesting books. I also watch his discourses on U Tube & he is a great believer in polyphenols for optimum health. These capsules contain exactly the recommended nutrients & I take two each day, as well as trying to eat healthily. They are easy to swallow &easy to pull apart if you prefer to add contents to a smoothie, as I do myself sometimes. They come in a secure, resealable bag, letterbox friendly. I have searched the internet well but this product appears to be the best in terms of ingredients & price. I have even added them to my SUBSCRIBE & SAVE list as I feel confident they are an excellent choice in the polyphenols range, beneficial for both men & women.

It’s always difficult to know if vitamins are having an effect on your body. Whilst I am sure there must be some benefits to taking these, as I am healthy mature male, I cannot tell the benefits!

This review is written by my husband. Given the huge amount of interest in turmeric, I decided to try and sort the wheat from the chaff by doing my own research and came across Hion which immediately struck me as a company focussed on providing pure, high quality products backed up by sound science. Prosta PHENOL capsules contain 5 different sources of polyphenols in addition to turmeric. I find the capsules easy to swallow but, if required, can be easily opened and added directly to food or a hot drink. In my opinion, the taste is quite pleasant or hardly noticeable if added to food. I have suffered no side-effects at all in the month I have been taking the capsules. I am currently undergoing treatment for a prostate condition so it will be some time until I am fully recovered; however, from reading a great deal of clinical research papers, the case for polyphenols is considerable and Prostal PHENOL is a well researched, acceptable, accessible and risk free way of providing those polyphenols.

These little powerhouses are packed with polyphenols! Easy to take, vegan-friendly, and no weird aftertaste. I feel like I’m doing something great for my health—with no side effects!

Despite the openly misleading false claims on the website and packaging this product has not undergone any scientific testing - at all - it is trying to pass off as another product which was evaluated in a national clinic trial. It is not the same and has high levels of tea extract and completed untested clove and peppermint of which there no rational for their inclusion, has no record of effect or safety in men with prostate cancer (the Prosta in the title is clearly trying to target them). It is a sad reflection of the supplement industry that these misleading claims are allowed and a poor reflection of the integrity of this product

One of the capsules was cracked and tainted the rest so they all have a spicy taste. Could do with better packaging but not necessarily more plastic. Quite spicy, not too large but you can smell the ingredients on the package. I take these with other supplements so can’t comment on exclusive benefits. Don’t let one get stuck in your throat as I imagine you’d end up with acid reflux.

I give the product 5 stars abs will certainly purchase again. The ingredients are high quality. I take with food, clean water, exercise, along with testosterone boosters. No conflict, upset stomach or gas. Definite must have for men over 50 years young.
