I've been struggling with hair loss for years now, and read really good reviews for this. I've now been taking it for around 7 months, and I have experienced faster hair and nail growth, and stronger nails. However, it has not helped me at all with hair density/thickness. If anything, I've lost even more hair, though not due to this, just due to the nature of hair loss. For me, my hair and nails already grow fast, so it was not beneficial for me to have the effects of this. But I'm happy I gave it a try. It's affordable and didn't bother my stomach at all. My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
