Are the reviews true?
Reviews are HIGHLY suspicious. I looked at several because this clock has programming issues. I could not believe there were so many rave reviews based on what I was experiencing. After clicking on the posters name it showed many reviews posted on the same day and high percentage are electronics. This is a decent little clock radio but it is a Bi*** to program if you are using the dual alarm or setting a radio station.Once you figure it out it is a versatile and useful alarm clock/radio. While I still could not tell you how to set a radio station or quickly manipulate other functions I am glad to have purchased it .

At least it has dual USB ports.
This clock is easy to set up, which is a good thing, because I have to keep doing it! At least once a week, I’ll wake up to find everything has reset itself to factory defaults, as if it had lost power. Since nothing else in the house—or even on that outlet—has reset, it has to be the clock. If I weren’t paranoid about having back up alarms on my phone, I would have overslept and been late for work. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone who needs it for the alarm function.

Difficult to program and use
The large round button is used for most setup and use functions. It would be nice to have a few more controls to simplify use. I bought it because it was the only clock radio I could find on Amazon with a 2.1A USB port. Not enough value for for me to keep it, so I'm returning it.

Hard to switch between stations. Hard to setup.
Hard to switch between stations; have to press down on a button the side arrow..just too confusing. Once it's set up and if you just stay on one channel, no problem. Hard to setup. does good job of charging my cell phone. Don't expect much. Good for basic use. I kept it. If you unplug it then you have to re-do all settings. Not good for travelling.

Doesn’t use it
Bought this for my husband and he doesn’t use it anymore. Trying to set the clock alarm is very difficult. He went back to using his phone.

No good!
Never worked well and now it just stopped functioning! I’ve had to unplug it and reset it about every two weeks. Wish I would have given up on it sooner since it’s too late to return it.
