Q: I have removed my pillow from the plastic wrap and it has not inflated in 24 hours. Is there something wrong with it?

Mine didn't develop right for 5 days they sent me a new one. That one formed in less than a day!

Q: Is the arm rest pillow firm enough to lean into or push yourself up off the bed or couch or chair or is it too soft for that support?

Not at all. I bought it for that particular reason. I wanted to lean on it and from time to time i wanted to push my self up from my sofa. But it is too soft, it is almost like a firm pillow, or a sponge. I even contacted the seller about that, and I got no response. I don't understand the reviews in here; they seem like paid ones.

Q: Do you think it is a bit high? It seems uncomfortable.

Yes it's a tad high But if you're looking for something to support your elbow as you read; so you aren't constantly gazing down towards the ground or say how you would look down at your phone, this is perfect. We've used it in other ways as well. Turning it side ways and proping phones and ipads on top. It's pretty sturdy.

Q: Why is my pillow flat?

Only reason I can think of is that it was never removed from plastic vacuum bag it comes in...once you even cut the bag air instantly fills the memory foam returning it to full size and shape
