Q: Are these definitely slim lok ? i need them for ecco golf shoes and fast twist won't fit.

'The metal golf spikes did not fit any of my golf shoes either. ( I have 3 pairs of FJ , didn't fit any) Have ended up in the Bin ! I think you need the ones from from Masters golf. Only problem, that company does not supply them anymore. After extensive searching on internet I have finally reverted back to soft spikes.
