Works Like a Charm – Clear Ears at Last!
I was honestly skeptical at first, but this ear wax removal product exceeded my expectations! I’ve had some mild buildup causing muffled hearing and occasional discomfort, and after just one use, everything felt so much clearer. The drops were easy to apply and didn’t irritate my ears at all. I followed the instructions, let them sit for a few minutes, and then gently flushed my ears—and wow. So much came out! I couldn’t believe the difference. My hearing improved almost instantly, and that annoying plugged feeling was completely gone.I love that it’s non-invasive, painless, and way cheaper than a trip to the doctor. If you’re looking for an easy at-home solution to ear wax buildup, I definitely recommend this. Just follow the directions and be gentle, and you’ll be amazed by the results!

Effective, and did the job.
Needed this for my MEPs ear cleaning prior to arriving to the military entrance processing station. Recommended by recruiter.Used it for myself, and there was enough left over for even my family to use. Of course cleaned it.Doctor at the meps said I had no ear wax when I asked, and that’s great. I didn’t have ice to begin with, but if you have buildup over decades or something, may need multiple rounds. One round and showering was enough for me. Did not notice significant hearing improvements.Satisfied with product.

These Drop Work Great If You Use Them Correctly!
A few months ago, I noticed I was having trouble hearing and everything was muffled. So I tried using peroxide in my ears, which would work, but I never knew you needed to irrigate your ears after. Well the peroxide made things worse as the ear wax softened up, but went all the way down on my eardrum, I lost like 95% of my hearing in my left ear. I couldn't take it anymore and went to Urgent Care. The Doctor looked in my ears and said I had a massive ear wax bunch in my ear, but he said it looked light and loose because I had used Peroxide, He said that that was a very good thing and would make it easier. He had his assistant come in with a Giant Bowl of Warm to hot water, a Syringe, and a little bed pan thing. She had me hold the bed pan to my ear and she suck up the water in the syringe and jetted it into my ear canal. Took multiple tries, but after a few times, all kinds of chunks and blobs are wax started shooting out my ear and all the sudden I could hear again! The Doctor said my ears looked clear now. He told me next time the same thing happens, I could come back in again and they could clear them again, or I can just use Debrox and get an Earwax Removal Syringe and do it myself. So now a few months later I started having the same issue, so I came to Amazon and found these Debrox Drops, and Also found a Ear Wax Removal Syringe and ordered both. The Syringe is titled Ear Wax Removal Syringe by Ezydose. It has a little blue cone type tip that screws onto the syringe and shoots water in three different directions. YOU NEED BOTH THE DROPS AND THE SYRINGE!!!! So get both! After they arrived, I laid a towel over my pillow, turned on something to watch, then put around 10 drops in my right ear and started a 15 minute timer. After the 15 minutes, I rolled over, put 10 drops in my left ear, then waited 15 minutes again. After I laid with my left ear into the towel for 15 minutes to drain whatever was left in there. Once I finished both ears, I couldn't hear much at all, Which is completely normal, especially with the foaming from Debrox. I then got a large plastic bowl and another bowl that I filled up with slightly hotter than warm water. The warmer the better, but DO NOT use scolding hot water. Took the empty bowl, the bowl of water and the syringe in the bathroom. I then filled the syringe with the warm/hot water and put the plastic bowl under my ear, with my other hand put the syringe in my ear and injected the water. Not much came out at first, but after a few jets of water stuff started coming out. After around 6-7 blasts, 2 huge nasty chunks came flying out of my ear. I got my little Endoscope that I got on Amazon that plug in my phone and is a little camera, peeked into my ear and all the wax was gone. I then repeated the same process on my other ear and had the exact same results. Both my ears are now squeaky clean and I can see straight to my ear drum with my little endoscope :) Hopefully this super long and annoying to read review helps someone. I see so many people saying they dont work or that it made their hearing worse, but it's not the products fault, it's that they aren't doing it correctly. If you read this and you can't hear and don't have a syringe and need a speedy solution, try using the drops like I stated above, then hop in the shower and try letting the shower head rinse them out a little,(Not if it's super high water pressure or anything like that, you don't want to hurt your ears).Syringe I Used: EZY DOSE Ear Wax Cleaner for Humans, Clear, 1 CountIt will help tremendously to get your ears cleaned out!

Almost Expired--Product Is Fine
This product works pretty well, but I don't appreciate when Amazon sends me a nearly expired product.
