Everyone loves Mr Men books as most of us grew up on them.I would say this book is aimed predominantly at adults although children will still like the book, qoutes such as"Even when i feel small you make me feel 10 feet tall" perfectly innocent but something children may not understand hence my comment more suited for adults/Traditional Mr Men design book witht he original characters from the Mr Men group which is so lovely and brings back happy child hood memories.Inside the book it says to ..... and from ...... which is lovely as it just personalises the book.If i was to recieve this on valentines day i woud;dbe made up.Excellent value for a hardback book, roughly the same size as the books were back in the day when i was growing up which is perfect.

This is a fun gift book to give to a partner who loves Mr. Men & Little Miss books.It's a good quality hardback book, and the design throughout is very much in keeping with the original books.However, it's not a story book - it's a gift book for someone you love as each page says something about your relationship e..g Little Miss Contrary appears on a page saying 'I know you'll be there for me through the ups and downs' with a sign pointing up one way and down the other way, and Mr. Bump says 'And help me bounce back from the bumps along the way' with a spilt drink over the floor.I think it's a fun gift book for fans of the original books.

I thought this would be a valentines book that we could give to our granddaughter and read with her. But it is much more a Mr. Men style book that you would give to a partner, girlfriend/boyfriend, etc. From that perspective it is quite nice and cute, and whilst it has nothing intimate in the pages it isn't quite right for a child - I think it would be good to perhaps make it clearer that this is a Mr. Men book for grownups.If you have a partner who loved Mr. Men - they probably will love this as well

The things we do even after 16 years of marriage lolThis will make the perfect addition to my wife's Valentines Day gift bag along with a few other odds and ends because it is the small things that mean the most.Both of us being children of the 70's, this brings back childhood memories and it's great to see that these books are still being enjoyed by kids today...well this one is for a big kid and she will love it...even has a place to personalise it with a message in the first few pages.Wonderful retro book with a beautiful message!
