This kale powder from Eclectic Herb is really high quality. Fresh and nutrient dense. freeze drying retains most of the nutrients, unlike most dehydrated powders on the market. I put just a single scoop in my morning vanilla smoothie and I don't taste it at all. If I add blueberries to my smoothie, I can increase the kale powder to 2 or 3 scoops and still not taste it. I also put a couple of scoops in a batch of Nice Cream that I make in my ninja creamy. Adds green color and nutrients but you don't taste it. You can mix it in with rice, potato salad, or whatever you want.

When things are good on Amazon, they usually can get a 5 star out of me (if I can't find faults and things work great), but this is one very, very good product so I don't know how I can give it a review far better than the average 5 stars that it deserves. The color is very green so it shows that it is well Freeze Dried. And for a Freeze Dried veggie, you cannot beat the price. And immediately up taking it we felt benefits, Ordered 3 more. I recommend this to my friends and family; It's worth give it a try.

The nice thing about this stuff is it only takes a very small amount so you can sneak it into smoothie without really even knowing it’s there.

I got this when my juicer was out of commission. It's organic, and high quality as far as my eyes can see, and my taste buds can tell. I dissolve it in water, and drink it with beet powder. I have to say that the taste is not as bitter as the actual kale juice. Definitely worked to boost energy, and kept me healthy till my juicer was working, again. :)

It's probably the Vitamin K that clears your acne and makes your skin glow. This to me is the easiest way to get your daily dose of kale. It's one of the top, if not the most powerful anti-carcinogens. You get used to the taste, pretend it's green iced tea you're drinking. I put one teaspoon in a 24 oz. bottle (BPE-free of course), shake it up, stick an iced cube in it, you're good to go for the day. I drink 2 of these 24 oz bottles per day.

Sweet product. Make sure to refrigerate after opening. It's nice to deal with the powdered form instead of the leafy version as you don't really need to deal with it going bad. I mix a couple teaspoons in the morning with Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness for a super morning juice drink. A blender is necessary, like the other reviews, this powerded Kale does not mix well if you're using a spoon. Highly recommended.
