Got this for our grandson who is an avid sports player and history buff. Read through it before giving it to him and the stories are easily relatable and easy to understand. A book he will think of when he is on his journeys and needs some inspiration.

Great book with informative stories for my grandson

Terrific read and as the title promises, truly inspirational. A lot of kids who watch sports stars at the top of their game think that either it was down to a lucky break, or that they themselves aren't capable of doing the same. This little book dispels both of these myths. Many top players worked incredibly hard to achieve their success and if you're willing put in the same time and effort, then you can follow in their footsteps. It won't be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is and isn't that a valuable life lesson!

Bought for my 10yr old and it’s a bit simplistic. Would recommend for age 6-8yr olds. Nice stories in one place.
