Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.black.swap, High-Performance Quiet Fan 120mm

So previous to buying these fans I had Corsair fans that came with my AIO, to say they were loud would be an understatement, more like a jet engine taking off. So I went for these and thought they can’t be any worse. So after buying 6 of these all I can say is that I was blown away(no pun intended), they are so quiet, and the airflow is amazing my 3070 graphics card(yes they do exist) used to run at a temperature of 55 degrees while idling, now it runs at 34 degrees. Even when the fans are on 100% they aren’t annoying and I would say they sound like a small desk fan(remember I have 6 of these). I would doubt anyway would have fans running at 100%, if you do then you need a better airflow case. Also you can change the colours of the corners, you get these rubber edges that help reduce vibration, I chose white but you can chose what ever colour suits you, they look very smart, and they are easy to mount. Anyway, I can’t recommend them enough, they may cost more than some, but are worth the money.

I highly recommend these PC case fans. I purchased 3 to complete my gaming PC. They are super quiet, whilst still offering top notch performance. They are more expensive than others... but I would still highly recommend them. I'm planning on buying another 2 to replace the fans that came with my case, as they are very loud in comparison.

I needed an extra fan to add to my NH-U12S so I purchased another F12 for a push-pull configuration. Firstly, as with Noctua products the packaging was extremely solid, arriving with anti-vibration pads in numerous colours to suit different builds. I stuck with the black ones as i already had the extra thick black ones from the Chromax U12S. The fan comes with an extension cable which was crucial for getting it to a Y splitter on the backside of my case, making my build neat and tidy. However, this fan does not come with a Y splitter so you will need to purchase that separately should you feel you need it. The fan is extremely quiet, only really getting loud at very high RPM (1300 or so) but since there are two now on my heatsink I very rarely hear them over my case fans (Corsair ML140s). The Noctua quietness reputation certainly holds up with these F12s. These help to keep my CPU temps around 30-33 degrees at idle and around 50-55 degrees whilst gaming. If I could buy 3/4 for my case I would, however these are relatively expensive fans. They are absolutely worth it in my opinion for the noise and airflow performance alone though, but they aren't available to buy in bulk (anymore) which is a shame. Overall, this is an extremely well performing fan with great airflow, noise levels and aesthetics, with the only minor drawback being the price.

Replaced my case fan SP120RGB's with these, had high expectations and they have been met! Definitly allot quieter and better air flow. Each fan has 4 corner peices of the same color, should have been 8 imo but i guess you can buy more if you really want to. There is a cable extension adapter close to the fan frame which can get in the way, for me i had to rotate the fans 90degrees so that the cable extension adapter was to the side, otherwise i would not have been able to stack my front fans properly as it causes a cm gap almost if left in the way.....

The Noctua NF-F12 PWM Cooling Fan Black Swap was recommend to be bought by my computer-literate son as a replacement and upgrade for existing products in the family computer. It replaced a less efficient fan that was making considerable noise (to be fair this was the original computer fan). The product was delivered ahead of time, was well-packaged and exactly as ordered. The fan proved easy to install and, in association with Noctua's NH-L12S Heat Sink, immediately commenced doing the job for which it was bought. The product is considered to be good value for the purchase price. Well satisfied, as with other Noctua products.

I have 6 of these running in my new build for cooling 2 radiators and I hear absolutely no noise. Usually sacrificing on noise level means you get less cooling but no such case with these. These are the absolute best you can get. Only con is the price. £20 a pop means you the budget quickly spirals.

Mit Abstand gehören diese Lüfter mit zu den Besten, die man in einem PC verbauen kann. Kein Bling-Bling oder LED, dafür ein technisches Maximum im Kompromiss aus Luftstrom und Lautstärke. Hatte bisher auch keine Probleme bei längerer Laufzeit, ist noch keiner dieser Lüfter ausgefallen. Ich verwende 12 Stück davon an zwei 360er Radiatoren im Push-Pull Betrieb. Und einen 140er. Der ist sogar etwas lauter als die 120er, was aber an der Montageposition an der Gehäuserückseite liegt. PWM funktioniert wunderbar und wird alles über das Mainboard gesteuert. Die Gummipads zur Entkopplung kommen in einigen Farben, verwende bei mir nur schwarz. Habe jetzt natürlich eine Million dieser bunten Pads übrig. Aber das ist kein Problem, passen alle zusammen in eine der Lüfterboxen.

I've bought alot of these over the years, noctua is the only company ive bought fans from where i had absolutely no issues with, bearings are ultra quiet and quality is as high as they get, they just wont fail me.

Oramai uso solo prodotti Noctua da molti anni e, che le ventole siano nel classico colore marrone (che a me piace), o chromax, sono sempre le migliori ventole e non hanno ma tradito le aspettative. Questa ventola, NF-F12 PWM, è adatta per dissipatori e radiatori e l'ho comprata per installarla su un Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black al posto della ventola frontale (che è da 14cm). Non potendo ancora usare il dissipatore nuovo la sto provando sul mio ecchio dissipatore Noctua e si comporta molto bene: migliori temperature del processore ed è più silenziosa della precedente ventola Noctua anche a velocità di rotazione elevate. Nella confezione sono presenti anche 24 cuscinetti antivibrazioni, 4 per 6 colori. Se consiglio di comprarla? Certo che sì, perchè ci si deve pure pensare?

NF-F12'yi alacaksanız ya soğutucu için ya da radyatöre monte için alın, kasa fanı olarak uygun değil hava akışı çok kötü. Statik basınç için üretilmiş bir fan, hava akışı için yüksek rpm'de çalıştırmanız gerekiyor o da inanılmaz sesli çalışıyor. 120mm Noctua kasa fanı alacaksanız NF-A12'yi alın.
