Dried Preserved Finland Moss 50g Pack - Green

Great Moss but I need carrier bags of it for my fairy gardens and fairy flower pots so I did a bit of research and now dry, colour and preserve my own. Very simple to do with clothes dye, glycerine and salt. My favourite colours for my gardens are pinks, purple's, yellow's, red's and orange's. I dye the moss to various shades using the clothes dye. Very effective and friends are now asking if I can sell to them. For a stuffed carrier bag it cost approx. £15.00 which may seem expensive but as the seller is now charging over £5.00 for a 50g bag its a no brainer :).Isn't Google great :)

It does have a few wood needles and a bit of a smell when you open the bag but it's easy the clean and once deeped in water, be aware of the green dye, and left to dry the smell disappears. But most importantlyit does look great in flower arrangements and pots. I am very happy with the product and totally recommend

This moss is just what I needed to renew the old dried moss on an orchid arrangement. It is a good dark green colour so I hope it will stay this colour only time will tell but will be ordering more to renew the old moss on another three orchidarrangements.

In the bag looks great, once out of the bag and dries out it is extremely fragile and crumbles at the slightest touch. Very dissapointed.

The moss I received was much darker, in fact more a browny green, & also, unusually for Amazon, the way it was packed, it was squashed almost completely flat. I’m hoping this is a one-off & will order some more.

Very puffy, I needed to squish it down for my fairy garden, but that could just be my personal preference. It came out of the bag wet so I had to dry it out first, and it was also a bit smelly. But it does look very very good in the fairy garden

I used the moss to finish off my plant pot arrengement, it was exactly what I needed, and there was another portion left for another pot.
