faulty inverter
I got the inverter new from Amazon and connected the black to the neg on the bat and then connected the red to the positive. attached the ground to the frame. With no load attached I turned the unit on and immediately got a Lob indicating low batt voltage. With n 1 sec it pops and goes off. Tried the rest procedure and the results are the same. The inverter is defective. The batteries are at full charge and read 13.3 volts. There is no customer support for these units. All the videos show how to install and to a hard reset. No other support. I went to harbor freight and bought a cheep inverter and it works great.

Great Inverter
Our company has been buying this inverter for our OTR drivers for about seven years. The inverter works great for our driver. They are able to have a lot the comforts from home in their cabs, i.e. TV's, microwave, gaming systems. They have held up to the thousands of miles that they have endured going down the ruff roads of America. I have ordered around 25-30 of them, we have not had to return one of them due to defect or failures. Shipping has been great always packed neatly and receiving the product in roughly a day in most cases.
