I have had painful ingrown hairs for a while and have tried everything including Tendskin. None of these items have had such an effect as this one. It has really made a huge difference and I would not want to be without my bottle.

This does seem to have calmed down my ingrown hairs. Not sure it's cleared them up much but they seem to come out quicker and easier and get less red and swollen.

Ingrown Hair Treatment.
Shaving Bumps and Ingrown Hairs are a troublesome side effect of shaving. These occur when hair curls around as it grows out, embedding itself in your skin and causing tiny pimple-like lesions. This expensive, fragrant, โIngrown Hair Treatmentโ from niche mensโ brand Anthony Logistics contains a blend of the AHA glycolic acid and the BHA salicylic acid in a formula with a low pH; these are good, effective ingredients to treat the problem by exfoliating the skin and inside the pores. However, this formula needs carefully targeted application because it is front-loaded with harsh alcohol (second ingredient) and also includes lavender oil which contains linalool and linalyl acetate, these can all cause trouble by drying, aggravating, irritating, and sensitizing the skin. Better options for ingrown hairs and the skin are products based much more on beta hydroxy acid (BHA is a derivative of Aspirin) something like Philosophy 'Clear Days Ahead' or Clinique โAll Over Clearing Treatmentโ are worth looking at and considering. A much cheaper and effective option would be to make your own lotion by simply crushing or dissolving one or two aspirin tablets in a 1/4 cup of boiled water, allowing it to cool, then applying it to the affected parts of the skin with cotton wool. Problematic Alcohols: Itโs true that not all alcohols are bad for the skin, but skin drying types of alcohol include SD alcohol like here, denatured alcohol, or, less often, isopropyl alcohol. When you see these names of alcohol listed among the first six ingredients on an ingredient label, without question they will aggravate the skin. Consequences include dryness, erosion of the surface of the skin (thatโs really bad for skin), and a strain on how skin replenishes, renews, and rejuvenates itself. Alcohol weakens the skin. Alcohol does enhance absorption of ingredients, but the alcohol also destroys the skinโs surface and the very substances that keep your skin healthy over the long term. Research is clear: Alcohol harms your skinโs protective surface, depletes the vital substances needed for healthy skin, and makes oily skin worse. (Ref: Beautypedia) Ingredients: Water Purified, SD Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Glycolic Acid, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Ammonium Hydroxide, Phytic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Blue 1, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Saccharide Isomerate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Yellow 5.

Works wonders. Pricey product, I use it for bikini bumps and they seemed to have cleared up. I like how this product is gel so it dries quick and doesn't leave a greesy residue. I will reorder when I can afford it again.

Was in dire need of a haircut and beard trim before going to work Tuesday, but my barbershop is closed Mondays so I went to spot near my worksite. Guy did ok w my hair, but ripped up my neck by running the trimmer over it like a madman. I didn't feel it so much at the time. Went home and put alcohol on it and it burned like that kid in "Post Malone". So I used this to cool down and heal up the razor burn. A few days later and it's still red, but I slather this on in the AM and PM and it feels good. Will keep using it when I shave myself from now on.

I haven't used this type of product before, so I am not sure where to set the bar. I have always had ingrown hair on the back of my neck, likely because I have short hair and wear collared shirts. This stuff works pretty good. It hasn't eliminated the ingrown hair, but the impressive part is that it seems to shrink them down small enough so they are less of a problem. I would buy it again for that reason. The only thing you may not expect is that if you sweat after putting it on (during the night while sleeping for example) and then touch your neck, it feels kind of slimy. It doesn't seem to stain my sheets or clothing, but that feeling is different. Not a big deal and it doesn't prevent me from using it.
